Honey Creek MHP

As I’ve only lived here a month so far, it has been so great! Such a peaceful quiet neighborhood and Nicole made the move in process so easy and not stressful what so ever! Our home is beautiful with an open space concept. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here a few years now and I love it. Great neighbors and management and maintenance has been great. Anytime I have any issues I let Nicole know and she gets it taken care of asap. Glad to have a park manager trying to improve the park and do activities. Very peaceful place to live.

We have been here for about 7 or 8 months and so far some of the kids are bad but the adults and the office are amazing people. They take care of the park. And my son is 8 and he loves it. My nephews and nieces love coming over and playing in the fields. Very safe here. I trust the office 100%. God bless you all. Thank you for the fun events.

We moved here in April. We haven't had any issues and have very friendly neighbors. Our kids also have plenty of room to play outside and love it.

I moved here from Springfield 2021 and it’s the best move I made. It’s so quiet out here that you can actually hear the birds chirping. Nicole our manager of the park is awesome. She has worked hard to get the old trailers out and is now moving the new 2023 models in. She’s getting it together out here and it’s looking good. If you’re looking for quiet and peace, this is the place to be.

Lived here since 2017. It’s a nice community to live. They finally have a manger that tries to get things done but I’m sure she can only do so much. I love how everyone looks out for everyone! I just wish the owners would get something like a basketball court and swing set or something for all these kids to be able to do something!

Nicole was very patient and helpful during the entire move in process. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice.

It’s a beautiful community with really nice people. The neighbors are very nice and respectful, and Nicole in the front office is wonderful to work with! If you’re looking for a nice community with inexpensive living, highly recommend this community!

I love this place!! I’ve lived here for several years!! I have wonderful neighbors that treat you like family!! The people that run the place are so friendly and waste no time in fixing any problems!! I highly recommend this place to live in!!

I've been here over a year and love it. Recently, they removed many older trailers, and they have new ones going in. A quiet park in the country.

We have lived here for two years. We love it management is very good very nice place to raise kids all neighbors are very friendly I tell everyone it’s a very good place to move

All the old homes are getting removed and it looks great! Great school district and love the country setting!

They are so priceless you're too high for a senior citizen to be into I wish it were a little less than $700 I would be there because I love the atmosphere I love the children there all of them even though they're not mine but it would be necessary if they could lower the price at least I didn't know that he elderly people are not going to tear the place up thank you so very much

Many new homes coming in and great residents. Rents are affordable as is utilities. Lived her since 09 and no plans of moving. Quite happy!

Property manager was really nice, respectful and helpful. Properties are out away from the hustle of city life.
