Mr. Mac's Discount Grocery Outlet

My toddler and I drove from an hour away to check out this store for the first time today… it did not disappoint. Not only were the deals so fantastic, we left with a cart full for around $70, but the hospitality was absolutely second to none. Mr. Mac himself greeted me out on the floor and even ASKED IF MY TODDLER WANTED SOME FRUIT SNACKS BECAUSE SHE WAS A BIT UNSETTLED. (Nap time, IYKYK.) I was blown away. I wish I lived closer to this store and I wish this store existed when I did live closer to the area. Every person we met in the store was so kind. We will definitely be back! (With the big siblings this time because they want to check out that $3/bag candy deal.)

We love Mr. Macs. We never go in expecting to find particular items. However we always find fun interesting food we would never buy at a big box grocery store. Great employees as well!

LarderRoom...Mac's is a Discount Grocery Outlet in New Carlisle. The prices are amazing. The selection is second to none and the staff is out of this world. My family likes to shop at Mr. Mac's and challenge me to make a fantastic meal with ingredients primarily purchased there. Challenge accepted! We have made chicken Philly cheesesteaks, chicken Parmesan Subs, Pizzas, and so much more. Please go support this local business.

I love this store. Mr. Mac and his wife are the nicest people and do a fantastic job of keeping the store stocked with a great selection and incredibly low prices. Here is a picture of me with Mr. Mac to prove that he is an absolute legend.

Mr. Mac’s is simply the best! I wish I had went sooner. They do their best to grab gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options for their customers. As someone with celiac disease I cannot put into words how helpful it is to find some gluten free options at a discount. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and polite.

This is unlike most of the grocery stores I have been to lately. It’s not very big. The selection isn’t humongous. Almost every one I’ve seen at the checkout is smiling and chatting excitedly about something they found in the store. It is a discount grocery store and so some items are past the sell by date. I have never had to return anything and the quality it’s always fantastic. The prices are enough to recommend this store to anyone but the staff is incredible. They are always smiling, always cheerful and always offered to help me to my car. If you go once You will be hooked.

No im kidding but really? I love this place! If you have a sugar-free diet, they strive to keep sugar free options in their store! They are kind and helpful.
Everything in this store is OVERSTOCK so expect to see foods passed expiration date but are still consumable!
don’t throw it away or complain because you can still EAT IT! lol

I always find the best products here. Found ice cream my daughter has been begging for that I am not typically able to locate until summer

This is my second time shopping here. The people are extremely nice and helpful. The prices are amazing! I purchased a ton of meat and some assorted grocery items including cereal. My total was under $60. I highly recommend that anyone in the area stops by and checks out their selection.

This place is never super busy, but the food is good. It’s nice that they have a place for food that is almost expired or is still good after the expiration date, instead of throwing it all away. The cashier that my parents and I have talked to the past few times has been so respectful and nice to talk to. They are a very nice person (also their hair is so cool, love the orange)

This store is amazing and wonderful. I shop here every week if not several times a week. They always have awesome deals and great bulk product. They are very active on their Facebook page and always tell you about the deals they're having. I've met Mr. Mac and he is a wonderful and very kind man.

They always have great snacks to choose from. I love it because you just never know what you'll find!

First time coming here, between me and two other people we spent like $300 and came out with SOOO much food. So many vegan items, I was thrilled!! Dr.Mac greeted us when we came in, such a nice man. He talked about how wonderful his staff was and he was telling the truth, they were all friendly. When checking out they packed everything in boxes for us..put all the cold stuff in separate..even asked of they wanted the stuff put into our car. We will definitely be back!

They have a lot of things to select from and the employees were nice and helpful if you needed it. Prices aren't too bad on some of their stuff too. The people are always great I love talking to the owner.
