Rudy's Strudel & Bakery

I've wanted to go to Rudy's since we moved here 2 years ago - finally made it. They had plenty of parking, though inside felt kinda tight.
I didn't see any strudel, just Paczkis. Maybe it was because it was a week before their Paczki event. I don't know what I was thinking, they were packed (with lots of Pudding). It was a bit much for me/us. * I think if they made Minis or Paczkis Poppers they'd be Perfect!!
I'm going to have to go back and give this place a second try, seems I missed a lot ~ I'll post again, and more pictures!

Just tried Paczki for the first time man are these things phenomenal. My girlfriend put me on to these Rudy's makes some tasty treats tried a variety and every one was top notch. Will be returning it was a 25 minute drive but we'll worth it. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, must try.

Love this place. I lived in the Parma for half my life, finally made to Rudy's a few years, when my cousin introduced us to Rudy's officially and it's amazing. Pazckis, peirogis, everything is worth at least tasting, if you taste beware you will find yourself on return trips.

Great bakery with wonderfully crisped strudel in many amazing flavors. Only down side was not being able to enjoy the great food at the location. Be sure to grab a Pacski while there. You won't regret it.

This being Lent season, it was very busy. The line was in the street. It was a smooth and hassle-free experience. They had sheets for customers to fill out before hand. It was their 75th anniversary and had the place decorated, had pizza for the customers and decorated posters for all to sign. It was a pleasant experience. We came all the way from Lake County.

Wow, I went to Rudy's for the first time to buy pzakis. This was on the Thursday after "fat Tuesday.". They had 14 flavors left and bought one of each. I froze some. I wish Rudy's had these all year. I will return for streudel.

Stopped in just as they came out to say they were sold out 😭 But they had a dozen that someone just cancelled the order so we got buy them!!! 💕💕 It was a mixed surprise dozen and incredibly delicious!!! The highlight of our day!!

This is the best bakery in the area! Fantastic kolachkis! The cheese danish was the best I ever had. They also have pierogis and kielbasa! Will be back!

Rudy's it's a staple in Parma and northeast Ohio! Polish bakery and it's amazing! The girl that helped me today(should've gotten her name, she's pictured) was so polite and patient with me. It was my first time there. I had sooooo many questions and she delivered! The other staff members were just as nice and there was a full lobby the entire time I was in there. Definitely check it out for yourself. I'll be back for sure

Fast and friendly service in spite of the long lines of people! Was our first time there and definitely will be back. The kolachi, strudels, and pazcki?? were outstanding!!!

Rudy’s continue not to disappoint. Bought kolachkis, bread and pierogies. Everything was delicious! Service was good and friendly.

Just wanted to write a review for anyone who's never done a Paczki Day here! I arrived at around 6am and it was about a three hour wait- finishing at around 9am. Parking wasn't too bad as there was a small lot and many side streets with free parking. Even though there was a long line, the only flavors they appeared to be sold out of were a couple of the savory options. The energy was really fun! I got beads, they were passing out drinks, and I even learned how to polka dance. There are also bathrooms inside that you can use and the occasional chair along the line if you need to sit down. Once you got to the counter, there were tons of traditional and unique flavors and the employees worked very quickly. They took cash and credit card. I knew the wait would be long and was prepared for it, but I think there were some people in line that didn't know that they were getting into. Definitely worth it though!! The Polish Village savory paczki was amazing and the Hough Bakery custard was delicious. I heard from another customer in the line that it's typically even more lively, so perhaps something to look forward to in the future! Pre-ordering is also available and it is much quicker to pick up, but the energy of waiting in line can be part of the fun.

A Cleveland classic!! Best homemade bakery & pierogis around! There's a reason they've been going strong since the 1940s! If you haven't been here yet: Go!!

First time here, and I am sold. The strudel crust was super flaky and very juicy & moist inside. I have been driving past here many times but never stopped in. Sometimes, I saw the long lines, and that was a factor.

But on this day, there was no one in line, and I am glad we stopped. They have quite a few selections of other bakery as well. If you are in the area and are looking for something to take to a party or just to take some home, this place should be on your stop.

I randomly googled bakeries in Parma to find something fresh and new for my moms birthday 🎂 and this was my first any only destination I went to! My mom absolutely loved the cake! This raspberry cake was the bomb! It was a hit! It’s just enough and just right and sooo delicious! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend there bakery. Great Friendly customer service too! Prices were very reasonable too! Great bakery!

Old Cleveland. Fantastic fresh food done properly by family and friends. The sweet prune pierogis really hit the spot, and the pançkis are just a real delight

I've been waiting 3 years since the first time I tried a paczki. It was every bit as good as I remembered. Hough bakery paczki is my favorite. Visited today (paczki day) and it was packed but the atmosphere was so festive I didn't mind waiting. The ladies at the counter were the nicest. Loved this place and their product.

Service was good. Cheese and cherry strudel was one of the best I have ever eaten.

The apple black berry butter ring was AMAZING!!. for less than a price of a dozen donuts u can get the best tasting pastry thats the size of a pizza!!!! Eating here often
