Great closeouts section - a true northeast Ohio gem. I'm glad they accept credit cards now. Don't expect to get through the checkout process quickly, though - they're not set up to be efficient, and they often seem to have too few cashiers. I usually end up going to customer service to pay because I only have a few things and don't want to wait 5 minutes. God help you if you end up in line behind an old lady writing a check - they should ban checks except for one of the checkout lines. Their cashiers also like to put ever 3-4 items in their own bag, and double or triple-bag it. Some locations have self-checkouts now, which help.

This Marc’s is great. Me and my husband come here all the time!! We love the prices and the employees greet us with kindness. Love this place.

Marcs is great I shop here over giant eagle or even Walmart due to the prices accessibility and shelves always stocked.
But the main reason I shop here is because there closeout section, you can find just about anything from furniture to cheap toys,I could literally spend hours in the closeout section due to the number of items, sometimes if your lucky you may stumble on a major deal that could save you hundreds

Marc's has some really great employees. Miss Layla S. is one of them. She is a happy go lucky young lady. I can tell that she likes her job as she takes great pride in her work. She smiles n talks to her customers n makes them feel welcome. I'm super D Duper Happy I went to her line. When I come back, I hope she's my cashier again!! Happy Holidays Miss Layla!! Everything u could need is right there

The staff for the most part is very friendly. Debit and credit accepted.The customers however treat the store like a dump. The customer is not always right and in the Marc's experience mostly they are wrong. Update: Debit and credit card now accepted.

Well stocked even during this crisis. Thank you for opening early for the elderly. But now I think the cashiers should be wearing masks, as the people I saw restocking the shelves were.

The manager at this store is amazing!! I wish I would have got her name. My mother is in a wheel chair and we finished shopping a d i didn't realise the amount of stuff we got ( at a great orice) the manager came over a d offered to help us to our car a d even helped me to get my mother in the car!!! Above a d beyond customer service!!!!!!

I love the random things I find here in the closeouts section that I never knew I needed. They finally accept credit and debit cards. So that's definitely a bonus. There was plenty of staff when I visited.

Alexis is very kind and offered great customer service. She's also very quick at ringing and bagging. I had quite a load in my cart and was in and out of her line!!

Love this store. Not only does it have good prices. It also has a closeout section that you can find really good stuff for really cheap.

I can never go in there to get what I need. With their wide selection of great deals I tend to spend a lil more. Great store.

I've been shopping at this location for a number of years. What I appreciate about it his location is it's always organized, even in the close out area, and the store is well-stocked.

Use to be my local marcs where I would pick up groceries. Always a pleasant experience. Had a more traditional grocery store feel to it the others.
