Courtney courteously welcomed us into the store. She analyzed our sleep needs & wants before we even looked at any mattresses. She then showed us many options and explained the differences. She gave us time to think about all the information. We decided to purchase two mattresses. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Courtney was great & so knowledgeable.

Rob Anderson is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure our needs were met! My husband and I won’t need to shop around because of his great service. Highly recommend.

Seyvon was awesome. Provided him my preference and let him know of spine issues and such. He pointed me to the right direction that would be best suited for my needs. I had such a positive experience today working with Rob over the phone. I had purchased a mattress for my daughter in Tuscaloosa last year and wanted to purchase the same one for another daughter in Oxford,Ohio for this year. He was able to find my previous order so I could accomplish this very easily. He was able to answer questions I had about delivering and encouraged me to make sure my daughter had his number just in case any issues came up on the day of delivery. He helped me secure a good price and his service was excellent! Highly recommend having Rob help you.

Rob was very helpful. He worked with our budget to recommend a mattress we liked. He didn’t try to steer us towards more expensive ones. The store is clean and it wasn’t crowded so we could take our time and try the mattresses and find the one that worked best. They had the mattress we picked in stock and we were able to schedule the delivery for the same week. Would definitely use them again.

Rob was incredible! Very friendly and super knowledgeable about the products. He made sure to point out the little things to think about like firmness and give differences, made sure to check how the mattresses felt in different sleeping positions, and was very courteous and respectful of my budget.

Jason at 405 E Kemper Rd Springdale Ohio did amazing job explaining the difference between each mattress, and he knows his products. He was not pushing sales but instead listening to our needs especially with my husband back concerns. Overall we are happy and purchased the mattress that best suited for us.
