As unfortunate as needing repairs is Geauga Unibody makes the process as easy as possible. They had everything set up for me so all I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up when it was ready. They communicated any changes right away so I wasn't left wondering what was happening. The work they did was impeccable seamless blending of the paint and they even cleaned the inside of my car which was an awesome bonus. I highly recommend this shop for the excellent customer service and repairs.

They are an outstanding company to work with! When I picked up my car it was in pristine condition both inside & out. They kept in constant touch with me while trying to deal with difficult insurance problems and managed to complete all work in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them !

A deer ran into our 2015 van and there was damage on the front and passenger side. Since it was still drive-able, I drove it up to John and Michelle at Geauga Unibody. They are both very personable and treat you like you are family. They took care of all of the paperwork, dealt with the insurance company, offered us help on obtaining a rental car and kept us up to date with phone calls and e-mails. When Michelle called me, and we went to pick it up, it really looked beautiful ! It definitely was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to get their car repaired.

They did amazing work on my BMW. They do not settle for aftermarket parts that will not make your car look perfect when it is delivered back to you. The staff are the friendliest people you could ask to do business with. I drove the extra 15 miles to use them as opposed to a few places I could have used right by my house.

The service is great. Our experience is due to mostly accidents. Started with my mother in 2001. Makes sure paint matches perfectly, fights for safety over cheaper parts, ie air bags. Arranges for rentals. The latest was a deer on Christmas eve. Will always go there .

Unfortunately I have been in and out of this shop for the past 5 years due to multiple accidents which I was not at fault in, and a few insurance claims due to hail damage and storm damage. The staff at Geauga Unibody is always looking to help out and provide the best service possible at their own expense. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking for expert service.

I took my 2001 Honda Accord EX-L here, at the recomendation of Angie's List, after someone T-boned me. My own insurance company, Progressive, wanted to Jack me around and lowball an extimate. Geauga Uni-Body's (GUB) owner, John, delt with them and got all OME parts, without a hitch. Work was professional and quickly completed. Just have GUB estimate the damage before your insurance company does, so John can get everything you need. I will never go anywhere else!
