I got my car detailed by this company and at first sight I thought they had did a really good job until I really looked my car over. My windows weren't cleaned cause there's still some sticky stuff on them. My carpet wasn't shampooed nor the floor mats. The seats were wiped down good but the rest off the inside wasn't. So basically I paid $242 plus I tipped $20 making it a total of $262 for them to wash and wax my car! I'm so tired of these companies taking advantage of customers for now on I'll detail my own car!
Update: I spoke with Randall who was pleasant and professional. He refunded the entire $262 that I paid and he did that before asking for any pictures which I sent him of the work they did. So I'm giving the company a 5 star rating because of how he handled my complaint.

Highly recommend for car detailing. We’ve used them for years and their work is always impressive. Jordan came out this time and he was so nice, engaging with our kiddos who were so fascinated by what he was doing and the truck was spotless. Will absolutely book with them again!

Jordan came out to my office to complete a full interior detailing of my car. He did an outstanding job. He was on-time, professional, very kind, and was able to get rid of this very persistent smell that I hadn’t been able to get rid of. Jordan did a fantastic interior detail on my wife’s car. Had 4 years worth of dirt and crumbs and seat back kicking from our middle granddaughter. He made it look brand new. I highly recommend SpickSpan.

Jay and Hunter did a PHENOMENAL investigating and finding a nasty odor problem and took care of it with efficiency! The car smells great now! They called when they were on their way, they were right on time for the appointment and brought all they needed with them. Worth EVERY penny!! A drive through type detailing would never have gotten accomplished what they did. The car looks so beautiful now I could mistake it for one just recently driven off the car lot! Will DEFINITELY hire again!

Jeremy and Demetrius cleaned the interior of my disgusting car, and they were so kind and worked really quickly. It was a cold and rainy day, and they still took the time to show me what they cleaned and where there were some stains that couldn't come out. They updated me when the were on their way and when they arrived.

It was also easy to book - I called, got a great quote, and was able to text with Randall to confirm the appointment.

I will definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever need to. Thank you for making my car feel like new!

They did an amazing job, especially on our wheels, windows and carpet. Brake dust was really bad; now wheels look like new. Carpet and floor mats look like new too. Worth every penny.

If you are lucky enough to have Spick and Span clean your car - run, dont walk to book an appointment!!! Jay and Demtruis took my mom mobile (2 kids under 2) and made it look and feel brand new. They had their work cut out for them when I took it in for a cleaning, and you would have never guessed it was the same car. I will never use another detailing service again!

They did a perfect job! I was moving into a new place and desperately needed a cleaning, they were able to come within a 2 day notice and finished the job quickly while still exceeding expectations. I had an appt with another company, and they cancelled the day before. A quick google search brought me to Spick and Span. I called at 7pm and Randall answered on the first ring. He was polite and informative and booked me for the very next morning! Andre arrived prompt and was extremely nice. He really took the time to get my car amazingly clean. I can't even believe how it looks now. I'm not sure it looked that good when I first bought it. I will definitely be recommending Spick and Span to everyone I know. Fantastic job! Just wow!
