My new favorite gym! This place is awesome. Very accommodating and generous staff. Alyssa was very helpful in the sign up process and made it as easy possible. Clean gym, equipment is well maintained, wonderful staff, and they have everything you can possibly think of to get the best workout possible. Highly recommend

Helpful staff, awesome personal training and wide variety of machines, free weights, fitness and medicine balls and more! Sauna is always hot and whirlpool bath is clean. Never have had any issues with my valuables at risk. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Came into town visiting for work. Always trying to find a gym to go and workout at. I’m very happy I went to Esporta. The gym is very clean and has everything I could want. Basketball, pool, sauna, racketball. This gyms better than my hometown gym. Julie is especially awesome, everyday I came in she greeted me with her kindness. Esporta is the place to be here in Ohio.

Beautiful workout facility. They have it all here. It was my first time visiting this gym last week, and I was warmly greeted and I got an entire tour of the facility. They have three different floors, with a whole bunch of different amenities. The overall vibe of the place feels really nice and in my opinion, it’s my most liked place so far that I’ve worked out at.

Best gym in Ohio. Workers are super cool and friendly helpful with anything you need. Shoutout to to Ryan and Ashton helped me out with every question I had. I’ve been to multiple esportas and this one by far has the best workers I’ve ever meet

The gym is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I once had a customer service issue, Richard, the operations manager called me the very next day after I place my concerned and handled the situation right away. He was super pleasant and efficient.

Wonderful facility, was greeted warmly at front door by a knowledgeable staff. As I walked around I noticed that the equipment was updated and the facility was clean and well lit. The juice bar had plenty of pre and post workout options. I loved hitting the sauna after a workout and the locker room was also clean and well let. The manager Juli explained the promotional offer to me and I signed up today

I appreciate the environment as it motivates me from the entrance to get right to work and make big differences in physical wellness. As with the surrounding crowd that spiritual gives me the positive energy to keep progressing. Thank you for the warm welcome, it means a lot!

Love this place. Good selection of machines amd I like the basketball court. The kids place is so convenient and my kids love it there. The sitter in there works well with children and I feel safe leaving my children in there

Great and helpful staff! The gym is always clean and everything is well organized. Hands down best Esporta in the Cleveland area.

Everyone here has been so great so far but more than anything Miss Rin is amazing. My kids only met her the first day and couldn't wait to see her again. I love being able to workout while knowing my kids are in a safe place with someone they enjoy being around.

For the past 2 years, I have been a member of eSporta and primarily visit the Brooklyn location. I was recently considering a switch to a different gym, but my interactions with two staff at this location have been a sufficient reason to want to continue my membership.

One of their staff members named Ryan has been consistently greeting members in an enthusiastic manner, upon entering and leaving the facilty. This includes me and I am grateful for that type of interaction. I have also seen Ryan take initiative in keeping the weight training area cleaned and organized which benefits me indirectly and directly.

Most recently, however, I had a positive experience with a new staff member named Richard. This person has been a welcome and positive addition based solely on how I have witnessed him interact with other members, including myself.

A few days ago, he introduced himself with a handshake. Afterward, he explained to me that there was a policy I was not following and the manner in which he communicated felt respectful and non-confrontational.

This has not always been the case at this location, but I have the utmost confidence that these two individuals represent the entire organization in an exceptional manner.

I recently just signed up for the three day trial, I am a Penn State track and field athlete, and I’m home for christmas break. Unfortunately I recently also had ankle surgery and have used the pool at Esporta! It is a very nice and clean facility. I did speak with Julie and since i’m at only home till the 3rd she was kind enough to extend my pass so I could use the pool as part of my physical therapy! Everyone i’ve met at the front desk is super nice and friendly! Definitely one of the best gyms i’ve been to!

Been a member since 2019, I’m a regular come 5-6 days a week great staff make sure to say hello and see Ryan one of the mangers and I can say that this is one of the best gyms around nation wide , here and there equipment is down but other than that, they have a quiet the facility from pool , hot tube and sauna and as well as a full court basketball court and over 2800 pounds of equipment

Ryan is awesome! I’m new to the area and looking for a gym. Esporta was my first stop and after meeting him there’s no need to go anywhere else. I appreciate your customer service bro!
