Huge shoutout to Robin and Will at a JEM plumbing. My hot water tank went out and flooded the basement, they came out immediately with a new one and replaced the sump pump as well. The service was exceptional as always. Definitely call them for all your plumbing needs!

I want to thank JEM Plumbing for helping my mother in replacing her hot water tank. This is a great company that is very professional and very responsive. I want a personally think Angie in the office and Ryan the plumber for treating her as if it was their mother. I appreciate all they've done for her and I highly recommend them!

Thanks to Jeremy for quick response and working until midnight to get our sewer drain operational! We were in a bind with 10 people at the house and unable to use any water, toilets, etc.

I would like to thank JEM Plumbing for their quick response to my water problem. Our main water line had a small leak creating problems in my basement. Luckily I was able to shut off the water to the house to isolate the problem. I reached out to JEM Plumbing at around 8:30pm Tuesday night. I was able to send pictures to Jeremy the owner and he said that he would fit us in the next day between 10am-12pm. I received a call around 10:30am the next day and it was Randy the technician stating that he would be at our house in about 35 minutes to fix the problem. About 20 minutes later Randy and Mike showed up and jumped right into fixing our problem. After about 2 hours we had running water again at a reasonable price. Randy and Mike were very professional and explained everything step by step as to the repair process.

I would highly recommend JEM plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Cody and Aaron responded promptly (less than an hour from call) to a service request to scope/camera a drain. Both were courteous and homeowner was informed of fees in advance. We found them to be knowledgeable, honest and professional and would highly recommend for this service.

JEM completed a 550+ foot plus sewer line installation from the street to our house. They successfully overcame difficult terrain including trees, steep drop-offs, wooded hillside, and existing underground utilities. The company communicated very well with me and kept me notified about different steps in the process. I would definitely recommend this company. Had a drain clogged and needed it fixed at the last minute. Aaron and Cody came out in less than an hour and fixed it within a half hour. Super nice guys and really great service. Would recommend to others for sure! Nice company

I called JEM Plumbing on a Tuesday and was able to schedule an appointment two days later. Ryan K. was extremely helpful by getting our floor-mounted tub filler installed and fixing a valve for our garden hose. He also thoughtfully made sure to install extra shutoff valves for any trouble we might have with the filler down the road. I'll definitely be using JEM Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

We are very pleased with JEM plumbing. Our well failed so we decided to connect to city water instead of drilling a new well since the costs were very close in comparison. Jeremy, Heather and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make this a very easy process for us. Many other companies wanted us to contact the county and township to pay all permit fees and the many other companies it took to complete this job, the well sealing company, the road boring company, and the excavating company. They took care of all of the leg work, fees and the scheduling of all the different companies needed to complete this job to make for a seamless and quick installation. Everything was bundled into one easy to pay invoice at the end of the job. We were shocked that they had everything complete and our water running by the end of the day. Great company and great people. We will definitely tell all of our friends and use them for all of our plumbing needs moving forward. Thank you all so much, you’ll never understand how much we appreciate your hard work and dedication during what was a very stressful time for us!

Woke up this morning - hot water heater failed. After a cold shower, called JEM. Fast phone answer, great customer service, Randy and Mason were at our house by 10:30 am and we had a new heater installed and hot water again by 1 pm!

Plus, they noticed a leak going to our humidifier and fixed that as well.

We hired JEM plumbing to connect us to city water and clean out our sewer drain. Angie and Ashley were great to work with in the office and scheduled us promptly. Mark, Jacob, Joe and Aaron arrived on time and got right to work. They were hard workers who didn’t mind us asking questions and watching them work. They were clean-cut and respectful. Thanks for doing a great job for us! We will definitely use JEM in the future.

We had some drainage issues in our yard and JEM did a great job with the repairs. Steve came out and found the problem right away in the yard and showed Jacob and Ben the issue and instruction on where to start. They stayed on task and found a bit more after they dug up which was expected. Jeremy stepped in with solution and parts. Ben and Jacob did a fantastic job with the repair,backfill and leveling. Will be using and referring JEM in future whether it be: Robin,Ryan,Joe,Aaron,Will,Ransom,Shaun,Josh,Mason,Tim,Randy,Ben,Jacob,Brandon,Mark,Heather,Ashley,Angie and Steve you'll be in good hands.

JEM, replaced the existing underground sanitary lateral at the exterior of the house. Reworked the 1st floor sanitary lateral and extended to the new exterior lateral. Installed a sewage injector pump in the basement, to handle the basement appliances and extended that to the new exterior lateral. They original sanitary lateral was not installed properly, prior to purchasing our home in 1979. After too many years of sewer backup into the basement, we decided it was time to correct the problem. We had (3) contractors quote the project last year. They were all willing to replace the existing exterior lateral, without considering if we had the correct available slope, (fall) to the main sewer connection. Jeremy was the first contractor to recommend scoping the existing pipe to determine if replacing the existing exterior lateral in it's entirety, would solve the problem. I would like to thank their crew; Jeremy, Mark, Joe, Aaron, Jacob, and Ryker for their professional workmanship and completing the job in the time frame they quoted. I would highly recommend JEM for your interior or exterior plumbing needs.

First time using JEM Plumbing. Entire process was easy and smooth. Ashley in the office was very friendly and professional . Ryan and Tim were both courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan took his time to explain what they were doing and to look at a possible future project along with an estimate upon my request while they were here working on the current issue. I highly recommend JEM plumbing. We used them to convert from well to city water and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly thanks to Mark. He was incredibly helpful in coordinating directly with the city to get all the permits necessary for the job. His team of Joe, Jacob, Will, Ben, and Aaron were highly professional and efficient.
