I screwed up trying to fix my plumbing issue today. Had to shut off entire house. I called Big Tom’s Plumbing and Drain. Joe S. was here within 45 minutes and had my water back on within the hour.

Big Tom’s Plumbing and Drain will be my only call for plumbing issues in the future.

Big Tom’s Plumbing provides services to both our home and our business. From the first phone call to the final resolution of the problem, the experience has been great. Today, two young men, Tyler and Jason (?) fixed our kitchen sink drain. They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They took the anxiety out of a water problem. We will always call Big Tom’s.

Hot water tank gave out. Gave them a call and they were able to get here in just a couple hours and replace it in about an hour. Found the leak at about 1pm, they were done and gone by 5pm. 40 gallon tank, 6 warranty, and service fee is a flat rate (about $1,280 for tank and service). Water tank is about $800, so seems fair to me.

My third time using them and I plan to always use them for any plumbing needs. They’re always quick to reply, easy and fast scheduling. They are extremely transparent with pricing, and are reasonably priced as well. Quality work, great business. Highly recommend.

Called the evening before and Linda was great! I was called the next morning confirm and later that day Joe showed up. I was expecting him to look at my issue and get back with me but he started working on my issue right away! With in the hour the job was complete. They are now my go to people. These guys did a gas line repair job for my 90year old dad a couple weeks ago and I have to say that I and he were very impressed with how quick and professional they great they were. Time allotted for was 9-12 - they actually arrived a bit before 9, which was a plus for me! Work was quick and efficient; techs were friendly and courteous, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

I had a sewage back up in my basement bathroom. I called Big Tom's after passing one of their vans that night. They were here the next morning by 9 am. They were done within an hour and extremely affordable. A few days later I went down there to finally deep clean and found that the shower was still backing up. Called big Tom's at 1am and they were here first thing that same morning and fixed the issue at no cost to me which I was surprised by but very thankful for. Highly recommend, great service and affordability are hard to come by.

We were recommended to use Big Tom’s plumbing by our family and now have gone through this company twice this year, once when our toilet was leaking from underneath, and once for our dishwasher not draining. Both times were very quick (under 30 minutes) and both cost us under $200. We definitely recommend them and will be using Toms again for any other plumbing / drain issues.
