Not only do they provide quality, timely work at a fair price, but the technicians will go the extra mile to take care of you and your car. I recently visited for an oil change, and had a few questions regarding a separate issue with my car. Chad took it upon himself to gather plenty of relevant information for me and was incredibly helpful. All this to make sure that me and my car were as well taken care of as possible. 10/10 service from start to finish.

I went to this place for changing the engine oil for my Honda CR-V. I tried to make a reservation for Griffin dealer shop’s auto department in the town but they said I have to wait for two weeks. I called this place and could get the service the next day. Chad is a very nice guy. He kindly explained what oil my car needs and how long it will take. (it took less than 20 min.) The price was good, too. I also love their small cozy waiting area. If you need an oil change, go to this place for a quick&kind service.
(FYI - If you pay with a credit card, there’s a fee for that but you can pay with a check or cash.)

As I was previously disgruntled from maybe a self-induced(I didn't ask to see the damaged part) even self-aggravated situation, I'm now so grateful that Chad has extended a caring offer in ensuring my customer satisfaction! 🙏✌

.. and in fact just days later I'm coming back here with a heightened appreciation and another ⭐ for this shop as I've since understood more that the literally prayerful solution Chad extended me that leaves me with a non-urgent repair to be done that he in fact voluntarily accepted partial liability or responsibility anyway for -a cross-threaded drain plug that was later discovered and could have been /caused by/ too as it'd be sort of red-handed ..the next shop luring me with timed-based pricing then to leave a cross-threaded plug in.. but I confidently calculate, peering through the black-turned-golden oil measuring FULL the next morning that I'm such a grateful customer .. thanks Chad🙏✌

Jake and Brandon are very knowledgeable about what they do and I had a great experience at Merrill's shop .they told me how long it would take and they had it done when they said. Also they informed me of my back brakes and said get those done very soon. They care about there customers and for that I give them 5 stars I know where to go from now on for my car.. there the best. Merrills is the only place I take my cars and trucks old and new for their oil changes. They are knowledgeable, fast, truthful and friendly. They have done mine and my families vehicles for years. They are affordable too! Thank you Merrills for the amazing service throughout the years!
