Island Vacation Properties

Very clean place, very close walk to the beach, little outdoor space but it does have chairs on the side, south of the island so not a lot of restaurants around. We rented bikes as we did not have a car, to get around but used the trolley.

It was the perfect getaway with teens. They had their own space on one end of condo and we all had amazing beach access and views!! It was a perfect spot for a small group!

Perfect little home a few steps from the beach. House was modern, updated and a perfect place to stay. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed at 2405 Avenue B. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything has everything you need. My husband and I loved the location and the convenience of hopping on the trolly. Every day we went and explored the entire Island and beaches! The shopping center is a 15 minute walk with lots of shopping and restaurant options. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the bay was 1 block. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Booking with island vacations was very easy via the website and the app for all of the necessary information needed for the week. Looking forward to staying on the Island again!

We stayed for 3 weeks in March and it was perfect. Close the beaches, Anna Maria Island, great restaurants and a fun drive down the islands to Long Boat Key. The pool area was fun and lively, and sharing the outdoor grill was nice to have.

The condo was clean, spacious, and cozy. The master bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure and was hot. We enjoyed cooking in most day as the kitchen was really nice.

We were a little nervous with our view of parking lot but it was quiet and we enjoyed the palm trees in front of porch, birds singing in the morning, and a glimpse of a sunset each night through the buildings made it special for us!

We loved the area and we be back!

Lovely beach front condo. Screened balcony overlooks the beach and is delightful. Nicely appointed unit...my third stay there and booked for 2024. IVP staff top notch and responsive to any issue quickly.

We stayed at four beach lovers 2. Great beachfront bungalow, great location. Walgreens is right down the road as well as restaurants and Publix. The area is quiet too.
We were able to check in early which we really appreciated as I too feel 4 pm is late for check in, especially after a long day of travel. The bungalow was clean, lots of cooking essentials, bath towels, there are beach chairs but selection of umbrellas not great, we ended up buying a better one at Walmart, our only real issue was the king mattress, it was horrible, old, it was sunken in a few spots, we tried the sleeper sofa only to discover it was worse, we ended up going to Walmart and buying a mattress topper, which helped. Thank you Ivp for reimbursing us for the mattress topper. We will book a property w you guys again, maybe not unit 2 :( but 1 looked great and hopefully has a newer/better mattress.

My wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit near Holmes Beach. The unit was cleaned, well equipped with beach vacation items and a heated pool. The hole building only has 6 units with adequate parking. The access to the beach was across the street and we can see the gulf from our unit. We loved this unit so much, we have secured it for 2024!

We stayed at Island Paradise. We loved the location as we didn’t have a car on the island. It’s right on the beach, quick walk to Publix, Walgreens, public beach cafe and Skinny’s. We loved the beach gear—there wasn’t a wagon but that didn’t bother us. There was an issue with the pool bathroom, but that is the HOA not the rental agency.

The unit was very clean. Beds were pretty comfy. We could hear the people above us which was kinda annoying. The bedrooms could use a good ceiling clean to get the dust bunnies off. All in all, we’d stay here again.

We had a fantastic time and have already booked for next year. The process from start to finish was smooth. Nothing was lacking and the Island Vacations team made my family feel special and appreciated. Wonderful experience.

The Island Vacation Properties staff were wonderful to work with as we searched for a one-bedroom rental unit on Anna Maria Island for two weeks in February.
The location (right on the beach, v short distance from awesome restaurants, and plenty of great spots to watch sunsets, handicap-accessibility (building and individual unit entrances, and laundry on each floor). And, a Trolley Stop is directly in front of our rental unit.
Island Vacation Properties is truly guest-focused and was outstanding to work with before, during and as we made plans to rent through them for our next vacation on Anna Marie Maria Island in Florida!!!

We stayed in Beach House Resort 3 and had a wonderful week off enjoying the white sandy beach. The sunsets were amazing and all our "neighbors" were courteous and friendly. The condo was updated and was well stocked with kitchen essentials. I would recommend coming with your own beach gear since this particular condo had limited items. The folks at Island Vacation Properties were awesome to work with and accommodated an earlier checkin. Thanks for a wonderful time at Anna Marie Island!

What a wonderful accommodation! The view is incredible. The unit is newly renovated and spotless. Just steps to the pool or beach. Everyone was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

Our 4 th stay at Vibe 3. 2/2 with our two Toy Aussiepoos. Blu & Rosie love it just as much as we do. So clean and EVERYTHING YOU NEED! There are not enough words to express how happy we are when vacationing here. The heated pool is my favorite. Ping pong if raining and huge upper deck with nice grill and fire pit we actually made use of after swimming in the evening and temps drop below 65. That constant breeze can be chilly. Do look further. The price for what you get. Is best deal on the island. The units are immaculatelly clean. Always looking forward to our next visit when we leave. Cathy is the new Manager and she is not only adorable. Sweet and kind. Very attentive. Love,Love, 💕.

Perico sits quietly behind the Compass Hotel. We enjoyed this lovely gated condo for the month of February. It is close to Bradenton and Anna Maria FL. Many amenities, bikes, bird preserve nearby, and pet friendly. We loved it!

Very happy with everything, it was Absolutely Perfect. Sunsets were amazing.

Have just booked with IVP for the third year. Last two years I stayed at Waters Edge and next year have booked for The Cove at Sandy Pointe. Communications are great. A good choice of quality rentals. Properties seem well managed and maintained. Very accommodating when I asked for a late check-out. Easy to get hold of and they resolved any issues very quickly. Would highly recommend.
