I called later on a Friday about having my vehicle looked at and was able to get me in by Monday morning and were quick to get back to me about the multiple issues going on with my car. They had it fixed that day even with a couple extra things being added, along with doing things that they did not have to do just to be nice. I was thrilled with this. The staff are very polite and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone who cares about having safe quality work done on their vehicle. I put the people I love in this vehicle, and it was not safe, and they gave me peace of mind back and got me back out there in a road worthy vehicle. I can not thank them enough!!!

Steve, Jim and all the guys are, by far, the best mechanics I have ever known. My family and I have been taking our cars to them for years and they do a fantastic job of keeping our cars running well. I know I can trust Steve and Jim for honest, fair work. Repairs are done quickly and well. Steve tells you the price right up front and explains what needs to be done - there are no surprises. In addition to excellent repair work, my son has bought cars from Steve and the quality and price are unbeatable. This is the place to go for the best repairs and the best used cars. Local is the way to go!

Zapp saved me from making a $25,000. Mistake.
I went to Zapp for a Pre Purchase Inspection on a used Toyota Tundra that looked absolutely beautiful. It had all the maintenance up to date. New brakes, rotors, exhaust, etc. just really awesome...except it wasn’t. The truck had holes of rust underneath the bed liner and in many major structural places on the frame and at connections (I think that the right word) to the Leaf Springs. It also was throwing a bunch of codes that involved really expensive repairs. If they had not have been so honest and trustworthy, I would be in SO much trouble. We are talking about thousands of dollars of work. Structural work. The car would not have made it through the length of my car loan. I’m so very grateful for these wonderful mechanics, especially Jim, who saved my family from a nightmare of a financial situation. Moral of the story, always get a pre purchase inspection from a mechanic like Jim at Zapp who will tell you the honest truth. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Jim and Steve are honest, caring mechanics that give you a reasonable price and fix only what’s wrong. They don’t “find” extra repairs just to make a buck. I’ve been coming to them for years, and I’ve sent about 6 other people there as well. I highly recommend them!

Even though a good friend of mine recommended this place I was still very weary of letting anyone work on my car besides the dealership. I am extremely happy to say I went for it, Jim is by far an awesome mechanic that I now trust 100% with my car.

When my car started having issues, I called Zaps after finding them online. Zaps/Steve were awesome. They have a key drop box for anyone who can’t make it within business hours to drop their car off - very convenient for those who need it. When I dropped off my car, Steve asked if I had a ride to work. I recently moved to the area to start a new job, and do not have any friends or family nearby, so I was going to just Uber/ask a coworker to give me a ride. When Steve heard this, he made arrangements to get me to and from work for the day, and promised to have my car ready by the time that same work day was over. Just a few hours later during lunch, my car was ready! He explained exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix it affordably. Rather than replacing an entire part (which would have been 5x as expensive), they just gave me new brackets (which was all I really needed). They didn’t try to sell me on unneeded repairs. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my car, and were honest and affordable throughout the entire process! Thank you Steve and Zaps - you guys are awesome!
