Some helpful people, sometimes. The manager is rude and not helpful at all. My account was closed by mistake and she basically blamed me for it and didn't offer any way of fixing it. Went to the other branch and they cleared everything up in an instant. This one is within walking distance of my house but I almost never use it.

I used to have an active checking account through them and tried making a business account through them. But they wouldn’t cash business checks for me unless I had more money than what I was trying to cash in my account so I closed accounts through them. I went to the drive through and tried to exchange 3K in 50’s and 20’s into 100’s and they gave me a hard time about it. They told me that 3 thousand dollars is a lot of money and “normal people” don’t have that kind of money on them in the drive through and threatened to report me. I thought going to the bank with money was normal but I guess not. Wouldn’t recommend this bank to anybody, the blonde woman in the drive through is extremely rude. The guy with glasses is nice, will not be returning.

Some very kind people there. Manager is a demeaning person. Only come here for the drive through or ATM. GO TO THE OTHER LOCATION IF YOU NEED ANY HELP WITH ANYTHING!!! Even if you think it's minor and can be fixed easily.
