Brandon was meticulous and did a great job of covering up openings, including touch up painting. Could not be more happy. in the 2 years we’ve been using black diamond the whole west side crew has been amazing and we’ve never had any issues but whoever came out to treat the house today (didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond, we were his last stop of the day and I really appreciated him spending the extra time here and the kindness and patience shown to my toddler and the dog (who are both nosey and tend to get in the way) Good people are hard to find. Y’all have an awesome crew!

We are a current customer of Black Diamond. We needed some additional service for black ants that started showing up and also have a large yard with a new sprinkler system and we started having moles digging everywhere. Cody was our service technician and did a great job. He explained what services he wanted to do and why he was recommending them. He was curtious and respectful. Brandon came out and left a trap in my attic on 1-28-22 to trap the animal that got in when I was having a roof repair. Came back today and removed a possum trapped in the cage. He was not only polite and efficient but he handled the animal with care. I'm so glad I called them to do this work for me. Quick, efficient and reasonable.

Started with the person on the phone, very pleasant. The technician, Cody, showed up when he said he would, very professional, pleasant and had a keen eye on the home inspection! We will use this service again! A+ company! Highly recommend Black Diamond!

We had a raccoon in a crawl space over our garage. We had a hard time finding someone to come out the same day or be willing to go into the space to check it out. Black Diamond was able to get someone out the same day. Brandon arrived in a few hours. He looked at the space and found where the raccoon got in. He sealed it up and also put a trap in the space. He came back a few days later to check the trap (empty!). He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He even took a few extra minutes to check on another potential critter situation in a different part of the house. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We had excellent customer service and are extremely happy with the outcome.

Highly recommend! We have had Jacob out to our house quite a few times in last couple weeks. He managed to get a skunk, a ground hog and an opossum from under our house that were driving my family nuts! We love him! He does great work, very professional and funny. 10/10 would recommend.

Contacted them about issues we are having, they followed up with me and responded quickly. Cody was very professional when he arrived at my home. Informed me what needs todon and quoted me a reasonable price. Also, they have been very helpful over the phone too..

After a few calls to a few pest removal companies, Black Diamond stated that they might be able to make it out today. After hearing what was going on, Brandon came out early to make sure our problems were handled. He was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job confirming that a) a raccoon had been in my ceiling and b) it had vacated. He then set a trap "just in case" and sealed the hole the critter had gotten into. I couldn't be happier with the service, the timeliness and the job that was done. Cost was in line with what I expected and seemed mostly fair for the work done. 100% would recommend.
