First & Foremost, I owne a roofing company...so, when I encounter great customer service, I let people know. My house draws it's water supply from a well. Saturday afternoon, our water shut off...I checked the fuses, nothing. I owned the home when we had this pump installed...it had been well over a decade since we'd installed it...so I figured it was a bad pump. We rented a hotel room in order to have a shower and/or bathroom!...1is thing Monday morning, I text Schlueter Plumbing about my issue. They have a text line for quick messages and/or emergency needs. I got a response within minutes...I was told that there's a slight chace they could get a tech out that day, but promised that, no later than 8am Tuesday, someone would be out. 8am sharp, Tuesday, 2 Schuelter vans pulled up, they surveyed the issue, did some electrical investigating & within 30 mins confirmed that the pump had gone out. After making some calls, they gave me a price & an idea of how long it would take. The techs, Joe & Tyler were extremely polite, informative & communicative. They took off to pick up the new pump and accessories...and by 2pm had everything up & running. Props to Schlueter & their techs for taking care of pretty serious issue...with a Wife & Daughter not having a bath & a bathroom, things could have gone south in a hurry!

Chad and his assistant turned up on the Monday/same day after duke found a small gas leak and turned house gas supply off. Estimate looked good so they came back Wednesday to re-do all gas lines in the house. Work was tidy, duke gas guy commended it. Thoroughly nice people, I’d recommend Schlueter.

Joe was AMAZING!!! So Knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated his attention to detail and care for our safety because we were dealing with propane gas. I have definitely found my new “go to” plumber!

Excellent service. This is my 3rd time using Schlueter. Shaun was on time, explained the problem and remedy. The quote was very reasonable. He completed the job quickly and made sure the area was clean and tidy when he left. This is my second job with Shaun. I've also had his uncle and his dad on other jobs. It's good to have a service I really trust.

They were professional, Ian worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner and he was very thorough in explaining was was needed and what wasn't. This isn't a company that will take advantage of you. So happy we chose them!

Ian and his helper Nathan arrived at my house on March 7th 2024 on time and ready to review and resolve the difficulties that I was having with a slow leak on a pedestal sink. The two worked together to quickly assess the situation and proposed a solution - replace the water supply stop valves, the faucet supply lines, the trap, the drain, and faucet. I accepted the recommendation and they proceeded to carefully remove the old components and replace those with the new components. When they completed, they carefully cleaned the worksite leaving no debris from their labors.

I highly recommend Schlueter Plumbing and their workers Ian and Nathan. These people get the job done right the first time at the right price, and are highly considerate of the customer's needs and concerns.

Schlueter Plumbing responded quickly to my needs when I had a gas leak. They came the morning after I called to evaluate and fix my problems. Very professional and fast! Highly recommend them.

This was the second time I have contacting them. The first time was on Christmas day when the line to my hose bid burst and flooded my basement. This time was not urgent but they still were out quickly and got the job done. Their work is beautiful and they are nice and clean. Will call back when I need my thankless water heater flushed.

They were extremely professional from calling the office with my needs thru the job being completed. The plumbers that worked in our house were friendly and very knowledgeable about the job. We had an emergency with a failed sump pump and flooding in our basement. Schlueter Plumbing was able to get a plumber out that same day, after hours, to replace the sump pump. we were very pleased with the service.

Schlueter came through again! We just purchased a new dishwasher. Unless you can install it on your own, the big box stores have limitations on installing your appliances. One of the main things if you have copper plumbing, they won’t touch it.
Also, delivery men are just that, they deliver your goods. Since I had a wonderful experience with a previous plumbing issue, I called Schlueter and requested Ian B since he did a great job .
Ashley was wonderful in aligning the installation and hookup following the delivery.
My dishwasher works great, no issues and Ashley followed up to make sure everything was still going well. How many companies do that?
Why take a chance of an inexperienced delivery man hooking up something they are not sure how to do? Do it right the first time. Call Schlueter!

They did a few different things for us. Replaced a spigot, clear 2 drains, replace a pressure valve and add a water filter. Everything came out great. They're people are awesome, all of the people I dealt with were great. From the time I contacted them to the time Everything was done was less than a week, not sure if it's like that for everyone but I appreciated it very much.

Great experience! Came out the next morning to give an estimate, then stayed all day to perform the work. Joe was courteous and very profession. When he was done everything was cleaned up and you couldn't even tell he had been there. Defiantly recommend.

The person I spoke with to schedule the appointment was friendly and efficient and she followed up the day after the appointment to verify everything went as it should (which it did).

The plumber was also friendly and competent. He was happy to explain what was happening and how he proposed to fix the problem. Once we agreed he went about fixing the cause of the problem (a leak under the kitchen sink).

We will definitely call Schlueter Plumbing again should the need arise.

In completing our punch list on our new home purchased, we wanted to install a battery back up sump pump. Our electrician recommended Schlueter and we scheduled them to come out and look to see if they could do the job. They arrived on the day scheduled, gave us a bid and completed the work that same day. The plumber, Chad, knew what we needed and accomplished the task with no problems. Hopefully we will not need frequent plumbing services, but when we do, we will definitely call this company.

Chad W. did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We will be using Schlueter plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Ian was great! Knowledge, well spoken, up front, did quick work and left no trace he was there. Everything you could ask for in a plumber. He explained the warranty’s, gave me a more affordable option but explained why I might go one way or the other.

I’ll use Schlueter Plumbing again in the future thanks to Ian’s work and attitude, and a positive recommendation from another company that I know and respect.

Second time I have used them and both times the service has been exceptional. The plumber was informative about the issue and steps to correct it. Was happy to answer any questions I had. No complaints and will use them again.
