I always appreciate his kindness and his sincerity to make sure that I’m satisfied with the job that he is doing. He answers any questions thoroughly that I pose to him, and will take the time just to have friendly, small talk while still doing his work efficiently. I recommend Scherzinger for the quality of work that Jeff puts forth, and I suppose you probably train the rest of the employees as well also. I had a great experience with Scherzinger, They did a heat treatment at my mothers house to get rid of bedbugs, every two weeks they returned and inspected and continued to treat until the problem was solved. Great customer service and they stand behind their guarantee,

Casey Shull is our protector from all creepy things that crawl or fly. We live on a street that 3 years ago was woods and dirt. It seems to have been the perfect ecosystem for the stuff of nightmares for an arachnophobe. And now those bugs are mad because we took their land. Casey is very attentive to details of where the bugs could get in and he takes however much time is needed. I've had two prior services with the pushy young guys that come door to door and promise their organic solution works. Maybe it does, if they take the time to do it right. Instead, they lie about things like termite infestation and take 10 minutes to spray a little and wave a cobweb buster. Casey does it right and with his care, I'm actually able to sleep with windows open for first time in a very long time.

Wendy has been great and doing our old house and now the one we just built. If we have any issue she or her team are quick to respond. Local family company that has been reliable.

We were inundated with hornets. Our service man Casey Shull was great. He sized up the problem, and went right to work. He returned twice more, to make certain the hornets were gone! Great Job!

We have continued to be pleased with Scherzinger. We have quarterly treatments which keep most problem insects away. Most recently, we had an issue with a yellow jacket nest; we called the office and Wendy was at our house the next day and even came earlier than expected. She is always knowledgeable and was able to quickly resolve the problem. She even gave us her cell phone number and told us to follow up with her directly to make sure there was no reoccurrence.
