I’ve been going here my whole life - 35 years. Great office, great staff, and I absolutely love Dr. Erin Davlin. She spends quality time with patients without sacrificing her timeliness. Excellent physician.

I wasn’t feeling well yesterday, a little depressed. Called at 4:00 pm and they worked me in for 9:00am. Waited 7 minutes in the waiting room and 3 minutes in the room for the doctor we talked for over a half hour about my issues and how we can address them. We made an appointment for 2 weeks to come back and chat again. Erin is excellent!

Springdale Family medicine is the absolute best practice that I have ever went to. My doctor Erin Davlin is great and the practice runs like clockwork. I appreciate not having to sit in the waiting room for hours to see the doctor. I get in the office and within 5 minutes I am taken back to start the visit with the nurse and when she is finished the doctor comes in. I appreciate them no overbooking and realizing that their patients time is just as important as theirs. Thank you for taking good care of me.

I have been going to this place since I was three years old when the oldest Dr. Todd was apart of the practice. It was a place at my mom's sought treatment and me as well. They treat me like a human being. Honest, respectful and genuine. I feel comfortable asking questions and they are thorough in explaining diagnosis and treatment options!

Very pleasant staff. On time without reducing quality of care. Dr. Erin Davlin has been professional and caring to me and my family for years. I would drive two hours one way without hesitation to be a patient here. No brainer...they are wonderful.

My doctor (Erin Davlin, MD) has taken time to get to know me. She does not prescribe medicine unless it is medically necessary. She sent me for testing after listening to my symptoms. Testing showed a problem with my gall bladder. Surgery to remove it and adding Pepcid solved another issue with a hiatal hernia. I trust her judgement. She is personable, kind and efficient.

I could not be happier. Available, great listening, thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time learn all about me and my long term health goals . Up to date on medical technology and opportunities

I have been a patient here for 24 years and I have never had a less than excellent experience. Everyone who works there is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable

Love the doctors here! I've been seeing them since I was a child and once I had my son I knew he would see them too. The doctors are helpful and spend time with their patients. You can leave a message after hours if needed and they have same day emergency appointments available.

Revised review 2 years ago I rated them excellent, but now they have grown so large that they are too busy to see patients that are sick … they offered me an appointment 17 days out to see my regular doctor when I am sick now … when I asked for anyone available now I get to wait 5 days instead in the meantime I get to not sleep due to the discomfort from the undiagnosed Illness I have. Dr Google only has some many answers I need to see a real doctor please … follow up got in they saw me made next appt in advance they are great so long as you do not need IMMEDIATE CARE.

Great doctors. Takes over an hour just to get off of hold on the phone though. Hope it isn’t an emergency.

the woman doing blood draws needs to be re-taught. it hurt really bad, more than any other blood draw i’ve had. then she couldn’t even get any blood. both sites bruised incredibly badly and i could hardly move my arms for the rest of the day of. on one arm it hurt extremely bad and she was very quick and loose with it. i just got blood drawn somewhere else and it was quick, virtually painless, and they GOT MY BLOOD. you’d think for someone who’s entire job is to draw blood they would actually be competent.

I have had pain in my chest for two years and I tried to switch to this Emily Krans and she laughed in my face saying there’s nothing she can do and that everyone experiences pain and I have to put my “big girl pants on and move on” I told her I have never been so disrespected by a medical professional. And she said “I’m sorry you didn’t like my wording” i asked her if I can have in writing she will not be providing any more labs or tests and she laughed and said “that’s not how that works” I have been in so much pain for years trying to find someone to help me and when I finally thought I found someone I got knocked down so low and I am in the parking lot bawling my eyes out. I am going to post this everywhere because I feel so defeated. And especially as a POC I feel unheard

My wife had our son at this clinic today and didn’t get to see the normal family doctor very disappointed in Dr.Gully. My wife took him for his ears, this dr barely looked in his ears and said that he only had a small cold. Mind you our son just had his tubes removed like a month ago and had an infection already!!! This Dr also told my wife that they normally don’t give antibiotics with ear infections, new to me because I had plenty of ear infections when I was little. Also when my wife was pregnant with our son she seen this same Dr and he had to legit google what medication he could give her.. what kind of doctors do we have in these clinics these days??
