Today I went to have treatment for a Bridge. While I was there I watched a video explaining the procedure , which I felt was very helpful. Ivan, Janeth, and Dr. Koppel were very caring and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and even asked several times if I needed to take a break. Even Dr Ashley Koppel introduced herself and helped with the procedure. They have the technology and completed my bridge in the same day which is amazing! The Front office staff is friendly and welcoming and a shoutout to my Hygienist Charlene. I would highly recommend Pristine Dentistry to anyone!!!

Had a crown and a filling done. Was taken in right away and prepped by Ivan who was very attentive and explained every detail of what he was doing. Dr Ashley also explained what she was doing and quickly finished the small filling. The crown procedure was quite impressive...no messy impressions, temporary crown, and a week long wait for the permanent crown to be delivered. Instead, I watched Dr Ashley design the crown on her computer after images were taken. I watched in the next room while the crown was being shaped in less than half an hour. It was a perfect match with my other teeth. Janet finished up when Ivan had his lunch break; they were all a great team working together, so friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. It was truly an enjoyable experience!

It is always a pleasurable experience at the dental office. Marsha was wonderful. She was professional, engaging and enjoyed my time with her. I feel so lucky to have such a great dental team at this office.

The dentist and staff are friendly and very professional. The dentist explained the crown procedure and put my mind at ease. I was pleasantly surprised that the had equipment on site to create the new crown within a matter of minutes. I had my new crown without a temporary and an additional appointment. Very convenient. Thank you Dr. Ashley.

We’re new to the area and had to look for a new dentist and came across Dr. Guidera and Drs. Koppels office and decided to take a chance on them! SO GLAD I did! The staff here is great! Marsha was such a great hygienist and was super informative on what she was doing while she was cleaning my teeth. This was soooo good for me since I can sometimes be a little bit of a chicken when it comes to the dentists. Dr. Ashley was also great at explaining what she recommended, the procedure, what’s covered and not covered insurance wise.
Elizabeth at the front desk also helped me so kindly and got me the right paperwork and pointed me to the right direction of what to ask my insurance in case I ever needed help with that! The Koppel’s taking over this dentist office was a great choice by Dr. Guidera and I’m glad they’re keeping the same staff!
I will say every office has good and bad days, patients that are difficult and I heard one over the phone and the staff handled her very professionally while talking to her. That’s good etiquette!

I had been a patient of Dr. Guidera since I was a kid, along with my mom and my grandparents. Since Dr. Guidera hand-picked the Koppels, I felt comfortable in placing my trust in them for something that was pretty nerve-wracking to me: filling my first cavity!

In my 29 years, I had never had a cavity so it was definitely something I had built up in my mind to be super scary. Matt had a great sense of humor which kept me at ease. He talked me through every step he was taking and when Ashley came into the room to administer the novacaine, the part I was most nervous about, they both did their absolute best to make me feel comfortable and ensure I couldn't feel a thing.

I couldn't be more grateful for this excellent team and the same continued honesty I came to expect with Dr. Guidera. I stick to a regular 6-month cleaning schedule and they found my cavity in my first cleaning with the Koppels in charge. They made sure to show me multiple photos of the little cavity they found and I'm glad they brought it to my attention before it became any sort of problem.

I am very happy with my first visit, everyone took really good care of me and my hygienist Marcia did great, as I have some sensitivity and am always afraid of what to expect.

This is an excellent practice, the dental hygienists are great and Dr. Ashley was professional And personable. Repairs for minor problems are pointed out, but they put these issues on a “watchlist“ - which I like.

Dr. Ben Koppel is a Rockstar!! He took the time to explain everything to me. He came across as honest and caring. His staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust look no further. Thank you Dr. Koppel for all you do

Marcia is a very skillful and efficient dental hygienist. She listens carefully and asks all of the right questions to take care of any oral hygiene issues. I met Dr. Ashley for the first time as she reviewed my full-mouth xrays and explained what they will keep an eye on. She's great! Love this dental office! I've been coming to it for several years now. They do things right and discuss all options with the patient.

I broke a tooth and was able to get an appointment quickly. Good personal care and service.
