First time there with our Daisy girl and Dr Joe was so thorough and explained everything in detail. His staff was phenomenal! We just became new permanent clients and I am sure that our fur babies are going to be very happy and receive better health Care there!

Such a great veterinarian office. I called yesterday for two of my kittens who have been sick, they made an appointment for them and I had them in this morning. Affordable and reasonable, super friendly to people and to my kittens, treated them well and told me what was going on. My kitties will be on the mend quickly and be healthy. I really appreciate this vets office snd will definitely bring all of my cats to this office, I really felt they know what they're doing and have compassion for animals. Thank you!! They took cleetus in when he had a surgery at OSU and it had opened, he needed stitches FAST.. they opened up the emergency room for us & made us feel comfortable, they gave him a shot of lidocaine, and stitches and an antibacterial shot when he was done and of course treats, he has NEVER felt more comfortable with any other vet the way he did here.. they also let me stay in the room with him and that was amazing, great staff and great experience! He’s healed perfectly :))

This was my first visit to Heidt after a not so great experience elsewhere, and every step of the process was wonderful! From booking the appointment on the phone to the staffs welcome when I arrived, to seeing the veterinarian it was all great. It was also the fastest vet visit I’ve ever experienced and rather than seeing a vet tech before the veterinarian, we immediately were seen by him. He was quick and professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly, he also then showed me how to provide the medication for the ear infection (and thank goodness because I would have done it wrong lol). I kid you not we were in and out of the office in under 20 minutes! And everyone we spoke to was SO kind

Emily & her staff were so good to my 8 month old German Shepard, Cruz! It was his first appointment & we were both a bit nervous, but they made us feel right at home & kept the treats coming! He LOVED their attention, back scratches, & being called “handsome”! 10/10!

I love this veterinarian office. I moved into town and when I went looking, they had great reviews, so we booked an appointment and they were great.

Unfortunately, I had to lay one of my pets to rest very, very suddenly. I was a mess, but they made it as easy as they could for me, gave me time with my cat. I had her cremated, and they took care of it all. Her urn was very sweet.

Since then, I've only got to heidt for all my pet needs/appointments.

I feel their prices are very fair. I authorized a number of tests, but they determined not all were needed when they very easily could have done them all, and I'd have still been happy.

If you'd like a veterinarian office with caring, helpful staff, stop looking. This is the place.

I love this vet the staff are very professional. They're very fast and very caring to each pet that comes to the door. They did great follow up with my dog and she is doing so much better. I love my vet. Thank you guys so much.

Great place. I had to take my old dog in because she has been laying around for no reason. Since we had been there a month earlier talking about options I knew todays visit was going to include blood tests and an x-ray. After I checked out I noticed they waved the exam fee and only charged for the tests. What a blessing to me. That was very important to me. I, like much of America lives paycheck to paycheck. Thank you Heidt !

Having a pet is so heartwarming and fun! But when my little Yorkie had an emergency, I had nowhere to take him because of financial issues. They all want some ridiculous amount just to see your pet not including medicine , X-rays, surgeries, ECT.
I was so relieved when I took my boy here. Every one of the staff members I encountered were so kind and caring. Due to the severity of my pups injury and me not having but a small amount of money on me, He saw him, cleaned up his wounds, applied medication in his ears that were infected, AND gave me two scripts of medicine for him. I only had $50 and they allowed me to pay when I could. They never hound me about it I have taken my pup 3 times after weekly and paid then. Most other animal hospitals who are supposed to be top notch turned away my pup when he needed immediate help. That is terrible and sick. I am so blessed to have found this Veterinary Clinic.

We have taken all of our dogs here. Recently we had a dog suddenly and very unexpectedly pass. The compassion given to us from the staff was amazing. I’ll never take our dogs anywhere else.

Everyone at Heidt Veterinary Hospital was fantastic. I took my puppy in for his wellness exam and vaccinations. My puppy loved everyone and the vet was very knowledgeable about his breed. They took the time to explain what each vaccination was for and helped me make informed decisions about whether my little guy needed each shot. I'm super happy with the care we received and would absolutely recommend Heidt to everyone.

We just recently moved to Lima, and needless to say with four dogs we needed a veterinarian.Heidt veterinary Hospital was very good to two of our dogs. We will use them again, I am sure. Thanks to everyone at the office.

My dog and I had an amazing experience! All the staff were professional, kind and knowledgeable. My dog is anxious in new situations and they did amazingly with her. They were fantastic, I highly recommend them!

Loved it! The vet and her assistant were super nice and very informative on which product I should use and were really gentle with my cat, it was his first visit and he was very scared. The rest of the staff were friendly except for 1 but I'll leave her out since everyone else made up for it. And a major plus was the price I was expecting to pay a few hundred for his wellness visit and the meds he needed but it was no where near that. Definitely recommend!

They answered all my questions and handled my cat very well. The vet was very understanding an so were her co-workers. I’ll definitely be making them my primary vet for now on.

My cat Nelson who is a patient at Heidt, Was having an issue with urinating. I was on my way home from work which would have been 4:25. I called and told them what was going on they asked me how long it would take me to get him there I said 15 minutes tops. They said they would be waiting. We got there did not have to wait 2 minutes to see the doctor. Nelson was examined, tested and diagnosed within 20 minutes. I appreciate Dr. Fuduric and staff for fitting Nelson into their busy schedule and being it was the end of the work day. I would recommend Heidt Veterinary Hospital to anyone. They care about your pets. This place rocks!

I walked into my room and found my dog had gotten into my purse and eaten an entire pack of gum. A quick Google search later I discovered the artificial sweetener in that gum was toxic to dogs. I called and they told me to bring her in right away. They took her back immediately and got her in. They were very understanding and kind. I have had my dog in for various reasons over her six years of life, but this one was an emergency in my mind and they were great.

We have had multiple appointments with our three dogs. They have always been very nice, informative and we were treated very well. We have experienced a spay and euthanasia and have been treated well and with compassion during a most difficult time.
