84 Lumber Door Shop

So far, I have been very upset with the lack of follow through and customer service at 84 Lumber, Windows and Doors. In early June, I went with my wife and children to order 4 interior oak doors. We requested an estimate in 2 weeks time. No estimate came. In early July, we contacted 84 Lumber again. We were told that an estimate would come ASAP. We waited for another week with no response. After calling in mid-July, the 84 Lumber employee took my name and number and said I would be contacted sometime. I questioned when he would contact me and he scoffed. The employee could not believe that I demanded to know when I would get a call or email back and he acted with contempt when he said someone will contact you by Monday. I find this level of professionalism to be incredibly poor. I would NOT recommend 84 Lumber for future purchases, unless you do not mind waiting and being felt like you, the customer, is inconveniencing the employees.
