Shake Shack Ice Blocks

We were there 1/19 on a Friday, it didn't seem busy at all. We ordered from the tablet. The employee that delivered our order to our table was very attentive and sweet.
My boyfriend ordered the Korean BBQ and the Double Golden State burger with a Shake-made lemonade. I ordered the Double Golden State burger, it was so juicy and delicious! With a Sunset Lemonade which was amazing I definitely recommend.

First time at this location and it has great atmosphere! The queue was not as long as I expected it to be. The staff are friendly and helpful, and service is great as well.

The food tasted consistent with other Shake Shack locations I have been to as well. Pricing wise, it's a little overpriced but that's just how it is across all Shake Shack.

Would definitely recommend this location if you're craving for their burgers and shakes!

The hype is real! Honestly, so many people have said this place was the BEST, but I didn't want my expectations too high and then be let down so I went in expecting an "ok" burger. The burger was a little smaller than expected but so good. For me, I like my burger cooked all the way through and it was. It was thin and juicy and the edges were a little crispy. The cheese fries were soft inside and crunchy outside with just enough cheese. Two downsides, but not a mark against them ..... long lines and no where to sit BUT OBVIOUSLY that's a good sign! Definitely tasty and worth 5 stars! Oh and ALL 5 of my kids loved it too, that's a win!!!!!!!

This was my first time visiting any shake shack, so everything was new to me. The burgers were a bit smaller than I thought they were but it was absolutely delicious. I got the classic chocolate shake but it was a more bitter chocolate than a sweet chocolate so if you're looking for sweet, maybe get a different shake but besides that it was really good. Food also got to us quickly!

Best shake shack ever and my favorite burger place. Never ever disappoints in the flavor and quality here. Even if sometime I have to wait a longer time it is worth every min. Good job chefs, burgers are perfectly cooked and juicy. Teach galleria location your secrets.

Holy hamburgers in Midtown!! This place.. WOW! 🍔👌🏽 I heard great things about this place and I was not Disappointed!! Those other burger places in town better move over! This place was Fantastic! From the Shake Shack Burger to the bacon cheese fries! To to my personal favorite the chocolate milkshake! Everything was absolutely delicious! An absolute must try! In my opinion better than In-N-Out! 💯

I've been wanting to try shake shack since I saw one in L.A. I was not disappointed the burger was Delicious with a soft perfectly steamed bun and the cherry peppers were amazing. My husband shake stack was just as good the fried mushroom burger I'm sure would have been equally as good alone too (which is an option). I loved that the boys could play dinner games while we waited for our food to help keep them entertained while we talked. The person who delivered it for checked back up on us unlike most places that deliver the food and if you need more you got track them down. Over all the experience was great and I highly recommend it.

They are actually made from potatoes and has that sweetness to it similar to the “Hawaiian Rolls” Their patties are so delicious and tasty 💯% all natural angus beef. Their shakes have a scoop of frozen custard so creamy and delicious!! If you get French fries get it with the truffle oil. You’re welcome! This is my go to cheat day burger place!! I love everything on the menu and will return many many more times ❤

Clean both inside and out including restrooms. Plenty of seating both inside and outside the patio area. Convenient ordering with multiple tablets available. Table games available foosball, large Jenga, shuffleboard and fun for all ages!!

I was actually happy to see this place because until then I had only seen them farther east. It's a good, reliable burger that isn't your standard fast-food burger. The seats and tables were clean, and the dining room was warmer than it was outside without being too warm. The staff was friendly and smiled at me, which is always nice. Make sure that you smile back at them.

Food is very good. Both Roseville and this location serve the best tasting food of any fast food chain IMHO. Service is great. did is great tasting. Not healthy, their shakes especially, but that’s not their really their fault. The only downside is the location. Nice area view wise , but parking can be a pain. I live in Yuba city area and will drive to this location and Roseville if I feel like A grade fast food.

Austin was a great help. Refilled our drinks and took away items when we were done. Will definitely stop back here again.

The crust of the patty was amazing. Temperature was hot which I loved. By FAR the best shake shack I’ve ever been to! Keep doing what you guys are doing.

I ordered 4 burgers and two fries. Two of them were Shack Stacks. However, when I got home I found that the mushrooms in the burgers were missing! I paid for Shack Stacks but I got two Shack Burgers instead. I called the store but it just led me to a voicemail and no one replied. It was too late for me to drive all the way back to Sacramento to exchange for new burgers at that time so my problem was never solved. I ended up didn’t get the burgers I wanted and paid more than I should.

To follow up. I came back to the store and they gave me a free meal as a compensate. The service is good and the manger is very kind.

Nelly was awesome very helpful and polite great place to eat at the crispy chicken sandwich is a must and if you like spicy they have that too bacon cheese fries are amazing too harvest berry lemonade is one point overall great experience 😁 will definitely go here again next time I'm in town

Yummy burgers here. We always get the cheeseburger w the peppers on it. Just the right amount of spice. They also offer a meatless version. The cheese fries are yummy too.

Had a chicken burger and french fries. It always maintains a certain level of flavor. That’s why I’m looking for a franchise. Fast and clean store.

Tried their new honey hot chicken (I think that's what it was called) it was pretty good! Not spicy, more on the sweeter side though. And cheese fries are a must. I think their chicken burgers are better than their beef ones.

First visit here and super impressed so far. My roommate got it Door Dashed a couple nights ago and raved about it, so I knew I had to give it a try. The physical restaurant is cute. They have kiosks to order yourself, which I love for several reasons: no rush to finish your order because there are other kiosks for the people behind you to use, you can easily customize which increases accuracy, and it keeps me from talking through a mask to another person less than 6 get away from me. Also, I was immediately greeted by someone who showed me exactly how it all worked. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I got the bacon avocado burger and fries. Order was ready pretty quickly, and the guy who have it to me was also very friendly and helpful. Food? Yesssss. Burger was yummy and fries were crispy and hot. 100% will be back, and will be trying a shake next time!
