I've been here 3 1/2 yrs. I truly love working here. Love the dispatchers and the home time.
I've made more money elsewhere, but I've put in a lot of time away from home doing it.
This is the right place for me.

They are as good as they can be verry cheap verry slow but nice people to deal with if ur just starting out i would recomend them if ur retirer n need a little bit more GOOD PLACE but no place to work if ur trying to soport à family if you can make it on 7 or 800 bucks a week well this is the driving job for you me personaly i cant ive been here almost à year n cant afford to stay much longer

You don't get treated badly at this company, they run two ads on indeed for the same location and the ads to match on what the company offers, some facts about this company, detention pay is $12 an hr, holiday pay is $50, drivers pass the buck on trailers needing repairs and not held accountable. Milage is based off zip code to zip code so prepare to drive around 10000 plus miles a year for free, like every other trucking company they make you donate two hrs when you break down. Communication is a one way street. Plan on having to remind someone to pay your detention time several times before you get paid for it. The health benefits are astronomicaly high around a $1000 a month for the major medical for a family plan. These are just facts. This company is just pretty much like every trucking company out there give 110 percent get back 50

They do not take care of their drivers !!
They will take advantage of you every chance they get.
If you breakdown on Friday and get stuck over night, then run 6hr on Saturday to finish and get home they will not pay you (per the contract) for Saturday.
They short your check almost every week.
They do not look out for their driver and are extremely unorganized.
Their turnover rate is astronomical for this very reason.
They simply don’t care about you.

Avoid at all cost, avoid like plague!!! They discriminate on higher health care premiums for non MN residents. The also force you to sign conditional pre-hire paperwork saying you can't sue them for workman's compensation outside the state of Indiana. Which is very, very suspect. They'll also cheat on your miles, your check! You'll be doing most of the tasks for free apart from losing pay on "redacted" miles. These are tasks that most carriers pay drivers without any hesitation.They also pay drivers discriminatively, two drivers with same level of experience could be earning differently for doing same routes, same clients. NB: most of the 5stars are fake reviews. Paid to post.

Driver of truck #359411 is one heck of a steering wheel holder. Driving with a leg up and speeding in a construction area, doing 66 in a 60. Construction areas are not the place to do that in. 06/22/23 around 20:20. I94 In Wisconsin around mile marker 90, heading east.
