Hannah from Blue Sky Baking Co. was amazing to work with and did a fabulous job for our wedding. Communication was stellar, and all interactions were great. She was really accommodating to making special touches happen! Everyone raved about the desserts and cake flavors. I wish I had personally eaten more myself!!

I cannot recommend Hannah and Blue Sky Baking highly enough! From our initial phone call to our wedding day, she was extremely responsive, professional, helpful, and executed everything to perfection. She helped us come up with an amazing array of small desserts to accompany our wedding cake, and answered my many questions ("how many cupcakes do people really eat at weddings?") along the way. I was blown away by how perfectly she captured the look I was going for (complete with flowers which she grew in her garden) and the flavors were killer. We finished our wedding cake the night after the wedding, and our final slices did not last beyond the first night of our honeymoon. It was that good. I am so glad that we live in Colorado and can pick up some delicious treats from Blue Sky Baking again!

Very easy to place order, quick confirmation from the owner with reassurance of my questions. Very personable and professional at pickup. The cake was the best cake I’ve had, and I eat a lot of cake lol. Surprised my husband on our elopement with a honey lavender peach cake. Not only was the cake a work of art, but every aspect of the taste and texture of the cake was perfect as well. It was even fantastic 3 days later after setting in a cooler for the nonstop 24 hour drive home.

We hired Hannah to make all of our desserts for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! We had macaroons, bars and cookies of various flavors and our guests loved it! I definitely recommend using Blue Sky Baking Co for any of your baking needs!

A friend gave me a "thank you for being a friend" Valentine's Day cake from Blue Sky Baking Company. The cake was beautiful - too pretty to eat! But then to my delight, I found it tasted as good as it looked.

It was a small chocolate heart cake with raspberry frosting. I highly recommend it.

I could talk forever about how perfect of a choice Hannah was for our big day!
First, our taste testing was SO difficult because we loved every single flavor. We ended up decided on the white cake with lemon curd filling and raspberry frosting. DELICIOUS!
Second, Hannah brought our cake and set up our complete desert table day of. It looked AMAZING and I didn’t have to worry about it and that was so relieving.
Lastly, our cake was perfect. She made exactly what I envisioned and it tasted perfect. Thank you Hannah!!

Hannah made the cake and assortment of dessert for my wedding. She was so easy to work with and everything was absolutely beautiful. But beyond the beauty of the desserts they were INCREDIBLE. Every single piece was gone. People could not stop going back for more. I would work with Hannah again and again, and I 100% would order more desserts from her :)

They catered our wedding. My wife has food allergies. She can’t have artificial colors, flavors and especially caramel color. We also try to stay away from preservatives. Based on that, we chose Blue Sky. I was floored by how wonderful everything was. You simply MUST try them!!!!

Hannah is amazing. She made the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake for my husband and I. She also rescheduled during COVID and delivered my cake unharmed down a 5 mile dirt road to a ranch in Telluride. I never thought I’d want to save the top of my cake, but I did and I can’t wait to eat it.

We were very happy with how our cake turned out, just like our vision- which was a little bit unique and complicated! Everyone said it was just delicious. From the beginning, Hannah was a pleasure to work with - especially during COVID. She is very responsive and knowledgeable. Even though we weren't able to try cakes in person, Hannah let us select some choices and sent them to us. We knew we were in good hands when the all of the tasting samples were incredible. I truly cannot say enough good things about Hannah and Blue Sky Baking! Throughout the entire planning process, she was SO responsive, oftentimes getting in touch with me before I even had a chance to reach out. Even though we lived out of state, Hannah made a way to arrange a (very cute) mailed tasting for us in mason jars. Most importantly, our cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Hannah is an outstanding vendor and I would book her again 1000 times over!!

Hannah of Blue Sky Baking Co. makes the BEST CUPCAKES EVER! We now joke in our family that no other cupcakes are worth it after trying hers. I had originally tried them at a friends wedding and knew there would be no other option for our big day. I am gluten free and our cake and cupcakes, even the gluten free ones, blew our guests away. I was thrilled to support a small, women-owned business and appreciate her attention to quality and freshness of ingredients. The cakes themselves are moist and flavorful. The icing is really out of this world. It is not too sweet and has the most luxurious texture. I have no idea how she does it, but I love it. You have to try these cakes!

Hannah made the cakes for our wedding this summer in Crested Butte and I cannot recommend her enough! She was communicative throughout the planning process, kind and extremely thoughtful. She was also very flexible (I might have changed my mind a couple times) and went with the flow of our ideas without hesitation. We ended up doing a less traditional approach and opted for a cake bar with 4 separate cakes/flavors and they were all delicious! The cakes were unique, BEAUTIFUL, and made with fresh ingredients. Each cake was decorated with fresh fruit/florals that matched our theme and the Colorado outdoorsy wedding vibe. I would recommend Hannah to any bride or person wanting a creative and wonderful baker!

If I could give Blue Sky Baking a 10 out of 10, I would! They made our wedding cake, the cookies for the cookie bar and everything for Sunday Brunch after the wedding. Everything was out of this world delicious and beautiful, a total work of art! She goes above and beyond, not only with her amazing baking but as a person. She was great to work with, reliable, professional, dependable and super sweet. I would absolutely recommend Blue Sky Baking and I can't wait to hire her again!

The Blue Sky team was absolutely great to work with! The cake was one of the most gorgeous cakes I have seen and every guest was raving about it! I even had to try for myself and was so good had to go back for not only a second slice but a third too!
