First time here and I really enjoyed my experience. They were great at explaining everything to me, getting consent along the way, and overall everyone was friendly! The TV for distraction was good but I didn’t need it because my hygienist was a great conversationalist (Daman). The ultrasonic cleaner had warm water so nothing was uncomfortable! They addressed all of my concerns. I need some fillings and they printed off costs for me while I scheduled. Very professional, clean, great place. I’ve been searching for a new dentist for years and I finally found one!

Damien is the absolute best!! He is always my dental hygienist and is so kind, gentle, and thorough. They are very prompt with getting you in for your appointment and are easy to work with! Highly recommend! And just to reiterate, Damien is just so wonderful and pleasant!

1st time visit. Got my paperwork done ahead of time so I went back right at the time my appointment was scheduled after only walking in a few minutes early. Staff was very nice and made sure I knew what they were going to do before doing it.

My son had his first visit to the dentist and he was very apprehensive. Pataskala Dental did an amazing job making him feel comfortable and explaining everything to him before they did anything. They also let him sit in my lap to help him feel more comfortable. He left saying that the dentist wasn’t so bad after all and he wanted to go again!

My wife found Pataskala Family Dental in an on line list, and just happened to pick them. We did not want a “corporately “ owned dentist, which narrowed the choices. I have high anxiety and wondered how I’d do with a new dentist as I hadn’t seen one in over 5 years. It was a truly great experience and all my anxiety melted away because of the staff. I’m glad to be back to a normal dental routine. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! The entire staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable, while the Dr. Shrallow makes everything easy to understand. He even remembered me and my family from 10+ years ago! 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know.

From the moment we walked in the place the environment was clean and very well decorated. The staff are amazing not to mention the dentist and his assistant are top notch. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The dentist mapped out a treatment plane for my mother and kept her informed of all his decisions. My whole family will be moving to this practice. 😁😁😁

My previous job had horrible dental insurance and was limited to two large dentistry chains. The large company's employees were rude and told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of work. My girlfriend recommended Pataskala Family Dental for a second opinion, she's always had good experiences there. I made an appointment and they got me right in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Turns out I just needed some minor work done, which was a relief since I was paying out of pocket. I highly recommend Pataskala Family Dental.

This Dental Office is great. I became a new member with them and had a somewhat urgent matter that needed treatment and they have seen my three times already within a week. They also remember who I am each time I come in. I feel connected with their staff and they do great work!

I had not been to the dentist in years because of a very bad experience. I was nervous to go in to any dentist. Pataskala Family Dental was the absolute RIGHT place to go. They not only listened to my concerns but assured me my deep clean and tooth pull would be utterly painless, and they were 100% correct. I will not go to another dentist and since I have had such a great experience I have made a HUGE mindset change about my teeth and the dedication to keeping them healthy! I HIGHLY recommend Pataskala Family Dental to anyone who is apprehensive about going to the dentist!

They always do a great job, and I never have to wait more than about five minutes to get in.

Hygienist was super nice, gave me Vaseline for my chapped lips, which no other place has offered to me. Just made me feel cared about. Everyone there including the receptionists are super friendly. The place is super cozy and clean. Love coming here.

Their website says exceptional patient care and they really mean it. I am so glad I found Dr. Shrallow and his team. They are consistent, thorough, professional, and kind. Dr. Shrallow is proactive in helping me take care of my oral health. I could give several examples where I feel he has looked out for me not just as a patient but as a person too. Let me just say that he has earned a patient for life, no matter the distance.
