MARRS | Midtown Art Retail Restaurant Scene

Always love the Saturday morning market; food, music, sometimes performances and of course plants, clothes, jewelry and more. Best part is seeing all of the different dogs people are walking!

One of a few areas in midtown that has events such as the Farmer's Market on Saturdays and art/music events during the spring/summer. There are restaurants/meeting places like LowBrau, a comedy club (the Comedy Spot), a place called Good News Wine where you can have wine and food...and even a Peet's Coffee. So, something for everyone.

Spaghetti Factory, Tank House BBQ Bar, and other restaurants are very close to the Marrs Building and easily walked to. If you're so inclined, there are dance clubs and bars within a block of Marrs as well.

Good daily place to visit and great for events. Enjoy!

My experience was wonderful and lightning to be out with people. Grandson got to buy Six wonderful mask we'll take pictures we got to take pictures in front of her door. They say safe and be well.

My daughter had fun playing with the bean bag toss, we finished our day off at the Midtown Farmers market, with freshly made Nekter juice smoothies! Healthy and delicious!!

Great place. They have a great farmers market there. Organic king Ranch has some of the best stone fruit around. Thanks Mid Town

Loved the atmosphere, venders, live music and selection of fresh produce and local businesses. First time visiting and was a great experience to share with my daughter who lives in midtown. I highly recommend not missing this

We went to Sacramento Comedy Spot and had our 101 class show! It's an amazing improv theater with really good people. Have a fun night out, you'll love it!

There's always something new to see here, there are cute booths, crafts, clothing and art that is unique. When I walked through on Second Saturday there was a new furniture store and the manager said they just got new pieces in the day before! The restaurants are goid but always busy with a long wait to get a table.

Great casual open air retail area with lots to do and choose from. Parking is free and ample. It's also very easy to walk around and bike friendly as well.

We stopped by Azul for a quick bite before a show. Great service, rad atmosphere, quick and tasty tacos to go!

Visited this little art gallery at Midtown Market. Has very unique designs and hand painted by Donco (pronounced Doncho). I would love to see more of his designs. For now, I bought a t-shirt, and 3 5x7 prints.
Every 1st Friday of each month from 6-9pm, there's an Artist Open Studios, live performances and food vendors at 1108 R St in Sacramento. Pls check them out.
I like to support local artist.

We don't miss the midtown farmer's market...every Saturday morning. They have pastries, empanadas, waffles, and homemade ravioli. We love going here with a hip vibe and morning coffee.

Located in lavender heights this is home of second Saturdays farmers market now held every Saturday .attractions here range from the bars(lgbtq straight friendly)lo brau,Azul,Pete's coffee and The LGBTQ Center is across the street where they provide services to the homeless ,youth ,and lgbtq community.Also heard they do rapid covid testing as well.

Went to Block for a drink shared a tray of meat and cheeses . Delish ! Our bartender Matt, was awesome and served us the tastiest mixed drinks. I typically go for vodka but who knew that whiskey could taste soo good!

Great part of town, good food and drink and the comedy spot is a new home for me!

The expanded venue provides even more delicious food vendors, local artists, and always fresh produce and flowers. Great way to spend a lazy morning.

Peet's is always good. This particular barista had an encyclopedic knowledge base.

I BELIEVE IT'S BETTER THAN ZOCALOS. NOT ANY PRETENTIOUS CUSTOMER'S. I ONCE AGAIN. VERY GOOD AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD. AT A FAIR PRICE. HAT'S OFF TO ALL THE STAFF...
