Good food, great atmosphere. Service is highly personable. Had to send my food back twice due to an error but he officer at the front desk was very helpful in explaining the issue with my license. 10 out of 10: would recommend to friends with kids

This is the worst police department I have ever had to deal with. I called to report a domestic violence case on my neighbors. Lots of banging and yelling about knocking people out. There's been history of them abusing each other and bruises on the children. It has been almost an hour now and not a single officer has come to investigate. That's enough time for someone to be brutally injured or even dead. This is irresponsible of the police department. How am I suppose to feel safe in a town when no one is being protected?
They usually don't even bother coming into places with high crime rates but no one deserves to be ignored if they are having an emergency. If someone puts their trust into the police when there's an emergency wouldn't it be their fault if no one came to prevent it? I'd really like to report this to someone and have something done about this. I wouldn't even waste your time calling 911 if you live in Painesville you're better off taking action yourself or just dying because they obviously don't care.

Was told if I left my car, my car would not get towed overnight, then woke up to a voicemail that my car was towed. LOL, Left all of my belongings in my car because of it too. Cant even get those out without paying.
