I had an appointment to take my car somewhere to get a wheel hub assembly put in the front driver side. I showed up at 9:00 a.m. like I was told and the man never showed up. I called Leopold Tire they told me not only do they do that, they have it in stock, and he'll do it right now. I was a half hour away, I got there, they took my car right away, half an hour later it was done. And for about $200 less than I was going to pay that other guy that didn't show up. Nice friendly people, they know what they're doing, they don't waste your time, they're very reasonably priced, I am now a customer for life. Anyone who asks me where to get some work done I'm going to tell them to call Leopold tire. I'd give them more than five stars but you can't. And they definitely deserve it.

My family and I have been getting tires here for years. It is to the point now where I actually live in Columbus, about a 2 Hour Dr., and this morning I drove up to have them put new tires on my truck. They handled everything over the phone leading up to the appointment. I told them the tires that I had on my vehicle previously and what I was looking for and How I wanted the new tires to perform and I went with their recommendation and it has literally fixed every issue that I had with my old set. I got to town, gave them my keys and they had my truck done in about 30 to 45 minutes On a Saturday morning. Added bonus points for Toby greeting everybody at the door.

Best tire installation place you can ask for. My family has been using Leipold tire for over 40years, never an issue on new Porsche's, older SUVs, vintage cars and everything in-between.

So grateful to have these guys close to home! Always give the best service! Had a flat today, changed my tire and dropped off the flat. When I came in to pick it up they instantly offered to put it back on my car for me and rotate my tires (RIGHT BEFORE closing time, sorry guys!). After a long day I really appreciated the extra effort they put into my service. Feels like anytime I need to rely on them they exceed my expectations, FIVE STARS!

It is probably the most honest and professional place I have ever encountered in the automotive industry.

Took my vehicle in to get 4 new tires, a few minutes after I sat down to wait. A gentleman came out of bay and asked why exactly was I wanting new tires and what issue was I having. I said no issues. I just thought I needed new tires.
He replied with, well no there is absolutely nothing wrong with your tires they are barely worn. And honestly don't need to be replaced at this time.

I can't thank them enough for their honesty and for letting me know, rather than making another sale.
I will definitely without a doubt be returning here once my vehicle does need tires and will continue to do all my business through them.
Ohh and the shop has the cutest dog that greets you named Toby, so that alone is another 5 stars.

Have gone here for my past 2 brake jobs and have 0 complaints. They charge a more than fair price, called around to 4 shops for estimates on just basic pad/rotor replacement and Leipold gave me a quote of $300-$400 less than the others. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and they are always packed for business which also says something about the work they do. Definitely recommend them for brakes or tires

Incredibly honest folks. I called Leipold of Stow and they got me in for a same day appointment. Instead of trying to upsell me on parts, they gave me an honest fix and sent me on my way for a very reasonable diagnosis fee. I will definitely return and recommend, thank you!

Honest people who do great work for a great price! I was quoted $4300 at Klaben and the guys a Leipold did it all for less then $1300! And the car runs great!

I came here after my terrible experience at Conrad's. It's hard to leave a bad review for a company... But when you gave them a chance to right a wrong and they drop the ball... How is a person supposed to keep going there.

Great company. Been coming here for 25+ years. Recently my mother-in-law went to one of the chain tire/brake centers for an oil change and they told her she need $800+ worth of brakes/rotors/etc. Seemed suspicious so I suggested she come here for a 2nd opinion. Only needed rear brake pads - $105. Thank you Leipolds for saving my MIL $700+ in unnecessary repairs.

Leipold in Stow is one of the most trustworthy businesses I have ever delt with. They have been very good to my family, it is like taking your car to get worked on by family. Recently I had an issue took it in and it wasn't what they thought but they made a repair. Got it home and there was a sound that was making me a little crazy. I took it back up and they found the problem and took care of it and didn't charge us a dime. They listen to you are helpful, kind and courteous.

Called to get a price after blowing out 2 tires, got an accurate quote and they even gave me a number to a tow company that got to me in less than 10 minutes. Got dropped off and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming back here for anything with tires in the future

Short review before the details:
Pros: Professional, honest, thorough work and extreme care for the customer, all at a price that will beat any competitor who will not treat you half as well as these guys do.
Con: (not really even a con, just a note) No installation "guarantee" on installation of tires bought from an external vendor, which is completely understandable.

I took my '16 GTI in for an alignment and installation of a new set of wheels and tires that I had purchased elsewhere. The guys were extremely respectful of my car and the new wheels, making sure not to damage either. The guys mounting the tires made sure to notify me of a manufacturers defect on the wheel prior to their installation so I knew the damage did not come from Leipold. The work was very thorough and they took their time to make sure the job was done correctly. They allowed me to be involved in the process (step into the shop to check things out) and it was nice having windows into each area of the shop so I could see the work being done. They made sure to wash up before entering my car as to keep it clean, which is pretty rare from shops I have worked with in the past. The guys there know their stuff, and I was extremely impressed with the extent of their knowledge of tires and the care they put into their work. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend to anybody.

This place is great! After having bad experiences at other places, I'll be coming here for all of my tire and wheel needs. They are knowledgeable, honest and priced fairly! Also as a bonus they were very quick when they worked on my car and explained everything thoroughly.

Have to say the guys there (don't remember his name but he has a shaved head), was really good. Needed snow tires for two cars and he worked out a package deal of 8 tires and 8 wheels. The wheels looked sharp and he found us a great price. We live 30 minutes away, well worth the drive, 5 star experience.
