I went in today to seal the deal on a brand new traverse! Amy was amazing at getting a good amount for my trade in (equinox she sold me back in 2018). The saff that assisted, Connor, Deontae, and rich, were so friendly and positive. You can tell the staff is there for one another. Overall a fantastic experience!!

Outstanding Custom Service. From the very beginning, both persons were extremely helpful and tolerant of my initial indeciveness to purchase the vehicle. They kept me informed and in contact to any changes that occurred during the time it took me to come to a decision, but if it wasn't for their offerings and pleasantry, I may have not made the decision I did. All of my communication was mostly done via text and email, but not one thing was missed, and they were prompt to answer any questions or requests I had. I highly recommend RMC if you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Rich was great, start to finish. I didn't feel pressured to buy and had an adequate level of presence from the sales representative. The negotiation was straight-forward, honest, and fair. Finance was quick and easy. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to becoming a returning customer upon lease expiration.

The facility was clean and the employee's were friendly. The showroom was pleasantly full of multiple deals happening which gave me comfort in knowing I chose the correct brand and company to work with. Any person I asked a question to had an answer so they were extremely knowledgeable and seemed very passionate about their line of work. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. This was a 10/10 experience and I can confidently say I am very pleased with my new 2024 Trax 2RS and feel safe knowing if I need anything I have the support of this amazing team behind me. I walked into Marhofer a week ago not at all sure what I was looking for, and thanks to JD and the rest of the team I’m super happy with my new low mileage used Camaro. JD especially was incredibly helpful through the whole process, not only with the car but also helping me with a job search as I just moved to Cleveland last week. And when I came back to get the alignment on the car double checked they found time for me to do so the same day, making sure everything was 100% good to go. Very grateful to everyone there! Just bought a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV with the help of Gerrell Jones, Cecil Mensch, and Kyle Pentella. Gerrell was very attentive and helped me with my needs for starting my sale, Kyle handled the middle section of my deal and gave me an excellent value for my trade in. Then Cecil finished all my paperwork and financial section, he is very polite, kind, and friendly. I recommend working with all 3 of these gentlemen if you want an easy expedited process of buying a new car!!

After having an accident with a car I only had for 8 months the last thing I wanted to do on a cold Saturday was deal with the insurance company and look for another car. I stopped in to see Marquese Bennett and Amy Wolf and they were able to quickly find me a 2020 Equinox that meets my needs perfectly. Marquese is such a nice guy.
