Spitzer Ford Cuyahoga Falls Service Center

We've been to Spitzer a few times. Every visit is great! This past visit, Lindsey Warner was especially helpful. She helped us realize we had Ford plus points that were close to expiring and got us to use them before we lose them. She went beyond any service that we've ever gotten there and we've never had bad service there.

Just a simple oil change/ rotation, but Scott G kept me informed and they were just starting the video review process. He made sure I was able to view the video and answered all Q’s. In general, Spitzer was very good with communication.

Took my ranger for regular maintenance and everything went very smoothly! All the staff was especially knowledgable and friendly, especially James Strosnider who worked on my truck.

My driver side window came off the track. I was invited to bring it in. Was there not more than ten minutes. Fixed my window, no charge. So happy One less problem three day's before a holiday weekend with out of town company. Everyone was so nice but then they are always very accommodating. Never take my car anywhere else. Thank You
