I bought a new set of SUV tires back in November and was very satisfied with the entire installation process.

Just last week, a parking valet tore up the sidewall on my nearly new tire when hitting a curb. Called my favorite tire shop and they were able to get a replacement tire the same day I dropped off the car.

In addition they were able to adjust the alignment so I'm riding smooth and straight again.

I've been taking my vehicles here for years. They've always been super honest and upfront with me. There have been a few times when they could have changed a part that didn't need it and I wouldn't have known but instead they told me honestly when a part didn't need to be replaced. Place is nice and clean now with the new remodel. And it's nice they have a loaner vehicle so I'm not without a vehicle while they work.

They always do fantastic work and they accept many different forms of payment. It's very helpful for folks like me who don't have a lot saved for emergencies

Great shop, reasonable pricing, and timely service. Even when I call in the morning they always somehow fit me in for an appointment, i.e. oil changes, tire rotation and my tire fixed are just a few services.

I appreciate the guys understanding that I'd arrive a little past my scheduled pick up due to traffic.

Federico Tires were amazing! We were on a road trip with 3 more hours ahead of us when we noticed a flat tire. We called them and they took us in on the spot and fixed it within an hour for an excellent price! Thank you, we are so grateful!

I recently had an alignment done here and I was very satisfied with not only the work done to my vehicle, but also the customer service. Jim and Chris were very accommodating from scheduling the appointment to settling the bill. When all was said and done I felt as if they went above and beyond to provide a quality experience. I will definitely return for future repairs!

Great service! Jim, Ross, and Chris in particular were fantastic to work with. I brought my van in because the belt let go. As a result, it ended up needing a LOT more work than I (and they) initially thought. Communication was great throughout the process. No one likes to pay for car repairs, especially unexpected issues like what came up, but they were honest about what they came up against and called to check that I wanted them to proceed every time something came up. I believe they are an honest shop; although I would have preferred to get out of there for less, I am exceedingly happy with the way things turned out and I appreciate their hard work and diligence in completing the repairs.

Local service with a smile! Always fair and they know their stuff. My friends, family and coworkers continue to go here and I will gladly refer anyone who is in need of their services. Jim Jr has even loaned me his own car to get home when they were waiting for parts! You can tell that the Federico’s are proud local business owners and really go out of their way to accommodate you. Clean restrooms, comfortable little waiting area and many nice plants that are all taken care of! You aren’t just a number like some of the bigger places.

Finally found a truly awesome low pressure skilled auto maintenance shop in this area. After so many less than favorable and downright awful experiences with high pressure dealer service centers and other places, Frederico's is a breath of fresh air. My first time several years ago was to replace a blown out tire, and they offered me an older tire at a big discount rather than have me wait for an expensive new tire. Very appropriate and fair as the other tires on my car were similarly aged. Now I got a set of solid new Uniroyal tires quick and at a very competitive price. No phony kindness, sincere polite and professional people. All my regular car service will be there going forward.

It’s hard to find people you can trust however this family owned business is the real deal and I have nothing but trust in them. I’ve been taking my car to them from tire repair to a random noise I’ve had to brakes and everything in between. Jim, Jimmy and Ross are awesome. Fair prices and awesome friendly service!

I've been here for a few different alignment or tire needs over the years. I didn't realize that they were a Uhaul place as well. The other day I had a situation where I needed a box truck for a Saturday and it was the Thursday prior. I needed one and started calling around. It's Christmas time and I quickly found out that everyone around was out of everything. All the Amazon type folks had scooped up everything and I was down to one last place to call. Federico. Jim answered and I explained my situation somewhat and just hoped for the best. He offered a couple potential solutions but he insisted on trying one more possibility and took my number down. He called me back within the hour and he was able to work the reservation to get me exactly what I needed. Without going into enormous detail about how my need was a really special situation that had a one-shot window of opportunity, if Jim hadn't pressed the issue and pulled a rabbit out of a hat for us, a previously homeless person who had just that week received housing, would've been without any furniture beyond an air mattress for at least six months. He did it and she has a place with a real bed and all the furniture and kitchen stuff my kids could pack in that 15' box truck. He didn't have to do anything special, but he did. And he changed this woman's life greatly for the better. Everyone involved in helping this woman couldn't have done anything had it not been for Jim at Federico's willing to go the extra mile and get us a vehicle. I can't commend them or recommend them enough.

I purchased 4 new low profile Michelin tires for my Lexus sedan and I'm pleasantly pleased with the price, the service and the rebate that Michelin offered. A Win Win and a fraction of the cost of the Lexus dealership and free tire rotations! Great service!! Great value!! I highly recommend.
