Not horrible, but don’t make this your first stop. The staff seemed nice enough. They have some good values, but very few amazing values. Add to their average pricing they don’t haggle. Most retail furniture is greatly marked up. Discount now-a-days is often just something people put on a sign. It’s easier to get stung when there’s zero give.

We just purchased a new sofa loveseat set and love it. They were able deliver next business day for us, and set it up perfectly in our living room. Staff at the store were friendly and let us wonder without pitching sales at us the entire time, allowing us to pick the set we wanted. Staff was wonderfully helpful with all questions we had too. Also purchased a used TV from them, and they were willing to test all the HDMI ports in front of me to show that everything works well on the TV. Really do recommend buying furniture here, great shopping experience and very good prices, so happy we went in there to check things out!

I wish I could give more than 5⭐'s . Our sales person( Mary) was friendly and so helpful!! She went out of her way to make us happy and she did her job very well. It only took 3 days for delivery and the men were friendly and treated our new couch with care. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to be treated well and purchase high quality furniture for a great price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Shop around for the best deals. This place is great, bring a uhaul or your own truck to move your items the same day. They offer delivery for $80

The associates were all very attentive but in no way watching us too close. Found a new wonderful, quality sofa and loveseat set for a fair price. Would definitely go back in the future and highly recommend them.

I shop there for the last 5 or 6 years and you can't beat the store you just can't beat them they got plenty of things to choose from great prices and delivery if they don't have it when you go the first time you come back on a week or so and they'll have what you want

I can't say enough about the team at NE Furniture, we've worked with them for years and they have always been very client oriented but today they have gone above and beyond! I contacted them on the Friday before the Christmas Holiday needing a delivery for the following week and not a small delivery either, Mary Smith you're amazing thank you all so much.

Great experience as usual. They have a wide variety of furniture to choose from. Everything from living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom to even office furniture. They deliver locally and can usually arrange for delivery within the week. I got furniture for 3 full rooms of my house for around $1,200 with delivery and tax included. Always a pleasure to deal with great items with great Brands and high-quality.

This place is great, very reasonable price and good quality. We got a sofa and loveseat set for under $500 and that included delivery. We were in and out quickly, no hassle and the sales people were friendly and helpful but didn’t pester us, I highly recommend this place.
