I like Walgreens better than Walmart.

I NEVER leave reviews and tbh I really don't like leaving negative reviews. I understand that people have bad days and make mistakes. We're only human. But "can't find prescription", closing randomly, "forgetting to fill" just about every time I show up to this place has lead me to this point. I don't remember the last time I went to this Walgreens and didn't have some sort of problem with medications. Some folks need certain medications in a timely manner. If this is you, avoid this location like the plague. They are wildly unprofessional and, after consistently giving them the benefit of the doubt, I'm out. Won't be back and I highly recommend you do the same.

I used to love Walgreens pharmacy in Cuyahoga falls. They were open 24hrs and super hhelpful.They changed their hours like most pharmacies, which I understand. However, more times than not they close early and the people who work the counter are rude and annoyed you are there. I suggest you find another place for your Rx needs.

This is the 3rd time in the last few months that I have called to get prescriptions refilled. Each time the same thing. "there are two callers ahead of you" today I was on hold for was over 35 minutes. My shortest wait time was still over 25 minutes. This is just beyond ridiculous. This is what they expect of their customers and assume it is okay? This place has really gone downhill considerably. If you try to call corporate to complain you are lucky if they answer your call in an hour but nothing is ever done so that's just a huge waste of time. When you do finally get through they usually tell you it's going to be 4 or 5 hours before its ready. BRING BACK THE GOOD OLE DAYS WITH THE MA & PA PHARMACY WHERE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS WERE ALWAYS FILLED IN 20 MINUTES OR LESS. If they could always do it why can't these huge corporations that ran them under do it?
