Charles, Heather, Cindy and the rest of the crew are a stellar team! We all know what 'August 2023' reminds us of, it also reminds me of my insurance team and how kind and thorough they were for me in my time of need when my house was water damaged. I also have used this State Farm for my auto insurance for many years now with no complaints. Thank you!

I recieved several calls from this friendly guy from State Farm trying to sell me insurance. I finally agreed to talk to him. He got the sale. My premiums were automatic so I never heard from anyone after that.
A few months ago my basement was flooded because of sewer backup. (over 2 feet) That night, while driving to McDonalds to charge my phone, I drove into deep water and my car died.
The next morning I called the toll free State Farm number. I couldn't even remember what office sold me my insurance. I found out it was Charles Chapman's office. I called there and spoke to someone. I was told to call a car rental company and get a car. A rental was delivered to me within an hour. My car ended up being a complete loss. My basement had so much damage and loss. Needless to say, the next few days I had so many questions. I called Charles Chapman's office and was guided on each step I needed to take. Everyone that picked up my calls were so helpful, patient, and kind. I was one of thousands that were effected by this storm and it was a seamless process. I am so grateful that I was talked into buying State Farm Insurance from Charles Chapman's office. Their service was exceptional!!

I must say that from day one the process to get my policies (which I have several) was quite seamless. Everything was done efficiently and handled in a professional and friendly manner. This is largely do to the tremendous work of Lora at the office. She has gone above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that may arise and is always prompt with a response or resolution. I haven't updated my policy in several years and Brandon was kind and took his time to make sure my dad and I understood the policy we had. He went over the policy and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend the professional attitude. I won't be leaving anytime soon. Five stars all the way around.

Just wanted to give Cindy Chapman a shout out. Everyone one at their office is so customer friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel as if they truly do care about you as an individual. Their rates are the best around and whenever I need to get ahold of them never have to wait a long time. They are so on top of everything. It’s so nice to have such a peace of mind that you know they are doing right by you and you don’t have to be concerned about being took advantage of.
