Oh my goodness me, the food is and tastes, fresh and fantastic. I enjoyed the atmosphere old friends meeting. Family or to. Couple people by themselves. A few working on their business ideas or studying. I just felt that that local place where everybody goes. Enjoyable experience great food.

I come here every morning and ROBERT is the person that always greets me. He knows my order and makes the start of my day! He is a rockstar and is always happy.

My orders here have always been hot and fresh which is more than I can say for they other Lorain locations

I went here on Sunday 10/08/2023 at 10a. The Staff all were friendly and Courteous. The staff made you feel welcomed and did not make you feel rushed. One of the nicest McDonald's I have been to.

If McDonald's has an "Excellent Employee" award, it should MOST DEFINITELY be given to the young man that works the drive-in register at the Lorain, OH Henderson Drive location. He is super friendly, always expresses a compliment and just, simply, makes my entire day more enjoyable. You have a gem in this young man and his service needs to be recognized!!!

I went through the drive-thru about 2:00 a.m. I had already put in an order online. When I arrived, their computers were down, which they let me know right away. However, after I showed her what I had ordered she gave me the window price, which was almost triple but I was supposed to pay in the app. So I told her the price I had been given on the app, she honored the order, and my food was fresh and hot and amazing! I just want to say that I was super impressed!

What you always expect from McDonald's, fast hot food.

Day shift is definitely better than the overnight shift. They clean the frappe machine between the hours of 1 am and 3 am. Don't come for ice cream between these hours either, as the ice cream machines are down for cleaning also. The morning shift just has a healthier attitude in my opinion.

The manager Ms. Lillian is top class. Such a pleasant lady. I go through there every Monday Wednesday and Friday early morning and they always have fresh decaf. I feel extra special when I go there 🥰

I go out of my way to get my coffee etc from this McDonald's because the employees are great! Great personalities and attitudes, and they never seem frazzled or rushed. Currently being remodeled, but drive thru is open

Been going for years at this point.. always late night.. very few stick out with great attitude so late.. KEVIN taking my order did not only an amazing job of taking my order correctly and quickly at the speaker but amazing aura taking my payment.. love you guys at night thanks!!

Very good place { Lorain Ohio on Kansas Ave.}, and the workers have always been pleasant

I went with a friend of mine to buy breakfast and the guy that charge for the breakfast was so nice and with a big smile on his face. That is what customer service is all about. Thank you. Keep up the good work. ❤❤❤

Today I ordered at McDonald’s henderson drive, the person in back cash was professional, respectful and attentive. His name is Robert. I give him an A+ for doing an awesome job today. My man was new and I could sort of tell. I tried to reiterate that I wanted a completely "plain" dinner box. He did good, my Big Mac's were regular but he's trying and doing a good job. If I'd of showed up in a few days he'd have it perfect.

Especially in the morning! That young gentleman named Robert that works the drive thru window is just absolutely wonderful! He really makes your day!

This is by far the best McDonald's location in this area! Food is fresh and staff is upbeat and stays on top of their game. I deliver with a third party vendor and you always know your order are right and usually on time when you go to this location!

Food was fresh, hot, and made in a timely manner. Was here for door dash. CASHIER was polite order was made accordingly.

There are three managers there they are kind and so caring I love the way the atmosphere is when they are there

I have been a doordasher for a year now and have dashed and multiple States multiple towns and this particular location had from start to finish a never area the most respectful kind and courteous employees I have ever met in my life and I am also a former general manager for a fast food chain keep up the great work Hospitality really goes a long ways
