The receptionist was very courteous and efficient in checking me in. Also, flexible in scheduling appointments.

Dr. Rioch did a very good job to address the issues that I have. Effectively communicated the next diagnoses and suggested a plan that meets my expectations. Was pretty gently on the stick and ouch. Overall I would recommend Dr. Rioch to all.

The dental assistant who performed my cleaning was also very good. See you in 6 months!

I am so proud to recommend Krista Rioch, D.D.S if anyone is looking for a dentist. I have been going to this location since 1971 when Dr. Cornett was the Dentist. When he retired, Dr. Rioch became my dentist. I can not say enough good things about she and her staff. The location is easy to get to plus a new renovated office. When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and verbal acknowledgement from each. She and her staff go out of their way to make your visit comfortable. So if you are reading this, hurry up and make your appointment. You will not regret it.

I have been going to Dr. Rioch since she was working with Dr. Cornett. I have a minimum of 2 visits a year. I have never had a bad experience with her nor the staff. On multiple occasions they have got me in quickly when I was having major issues (constant pain, broken tooth, etc.). Which was very much appreciated. I trust her opinions on whether something needs to be taken care of now/very soon/if it can wait for a while and how it should be taken care of. Her remodeling of the office added positively to the office atmosphere. The place is always clean and they have handled the covid virus situation well. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Rioch. Patrick Brown

Dr. Rioch and her staff are fantastic! Although we all miss Dr. Cornett (now retired), Dr. Krista Rioch was hand picked by Dr. Cornett to continue the business. Her team is wonderful with kids, and adults concerning dental care & cleanings. My sons, now young adults now schedule their own cleanings & appointments on their own! Karen, the office manager is so flexible and easy to work with.

When I first went to their website, I was disappointed by how little information there was and by how I couldn't contact the office, make an appointment, or download new patient intake forms. It was the least useful website I've seen so far because it only had contact information, which I could find myself by looking at reviews on Yelp or Google Maps.
When I made my first appointment as a new client, all I wanted to do was have my teeth cleaned. They only told me to bring my insurance cards and information and to get to my appointment 15 to 20 minutes early so I could fill out paperwork.
When I got there, it was clear that the office admin. didn't know anything about my insurance (and may not have run it through properly to be billed.
I was taken back to be seen after filling out all my paperwork, which included all the information about my insurance and making copies of my insurance cards.) I saw that all of the dental chairs were set up in open cubbies with no curtains or window shades to block the sun. Also, you can't help but hear everyone's personal dental business, and they can hear yours, which I'd rather no one else hear, or hear how someone else gets treated so much better than other people. On top of that, the dental hygienists talk a lot, and their voices carry in their small space.
First, I got X-rays and a thorough look at my mouth. Then, we talked about what was going on and what needed to be "worked on." So, the dentist made plans for my cleaning and for other dental work I'll need in the future. I remember when I left afterwards, wondering, "What just happened?" as I walked away. This was the first time I ever left a dentist's office without getting what I called and made an appointment for. It felt like they did a switch-a-roo on me! I had already set aside this time to come in for this dental cleaning, and yes, I knew I would need more dental work. But not to be honest with me when I called as a new client to make an appointment and not be told how this office handles their first appointment, etc., is kind of dishonest, in my opinion. My second appointment for the cleaning couldn't get scheduled for a time that worked for me until about three weeks later.
Also, I think at the very least this information should be on their web site: "Your first visit to our office and what to expect." Plus, having more ways to reach the office than just the office phone number. Also, my personal doctors' offices talk to each other through email (MyChart) to make sure that all of my medical records, medications, and insurance information are easy to find. (plus the billing for insurance). Then, after my first visit, I got an itemized bill from their office before my second appointment. I think they didn't understand the information on my insurance card, so they said they needed the card again. Even though they made copies of the insurance cards and I filled out the same information on my forms as I did for my first appointment, i.e., my first consultation, they still charged me.
The other "work" I had done on my teeth wasn't done very well, and it caused me pain. It was fixed again, but never again.
If I had a review like this one, at least I would know what to expect and would have given it a second thought.
Please do your own research, ask questions and think critically. Especially when there are five star reviews with no reason as why they gave a five stars except maybe to boost their score on Google maps?!

I would not recommend for several reasons. The office manager and doctor are not friendly. And for some reason, patients have to get repeat crowns because the doctor/crown designer cannot get the crowns right the first time.
