Royal Pharmacy

Very friendly staff very helpful. They have a limited delivery that works for us in Newark Ohio. We get excellent care and advice.

After recently beginning to use a pharmacy regularly, I was shocked at how terrible the experience was at major retailers like CVS and Krogers. Long wait times, constant mistakes requiring me to call back and forth to the doctor's office and the pharmacy to verify things, being told it is worked out now, only to show up and wait again and find out there is still an issue!

That is why Ive been so grateful for the quick and personal service at Royal Pharmacy. There is never a line, has never been a mistake, and if there is a problem the pharmacist has offered to communicate with the doctor's office herself and call me when it is worked out. I always see the same woman there and she gives great service and really seems to care about my experience. She is even gracious when I run in there 5 minutes before closing as I am prone to do. This is the difference between a small business vs a large company. Ive seen advertised on their window free delivery as well which Ive never used but sounds like a great service. Id recommend Royal Pharmacy to anyone.

Great personal service

They never validate HIPAA, just hand over meds without checking a date of birth, address, nothing. Just come in and say a name they hand you the meds. Also she does not listen when speaking to her and then doesn’t do what she says she’ll do. They messed up my scripts and now I have no medicine.

Update: after posting this both the tech and the pharmacist are being rude and dismissive!
