Kim always is friendly and kind to me when I come in. She has helped navigate different sizes of units and made it easy to transition from size to size. She deserves a raise! Great job miss Kim!

But the one positive 😌 comment I can say is when I come to make my very expensive payment Kim Towers & Dave greet me with a smile even when they're telling me about an increase in the rent. I stopped to rent a unit and Kim was so pleasant and helpful! She answered my questions and had me quickly out the door, free lock in hand. With 24-hour key code access to my unit, this is proving to be a great decision for my storage situation!
