Gulf Strand Resort

Don’t think, just book (Unit 602)! Best views of the complex and overall a wonderful unit. Spacious, great layout, and a HUGE balcony where you can’t see neighbors. Walkable to anything you would need (literally across the street). The sun sets directly in front of the balcony — some of the nicest sets I’ve ever seen. Check-in/out, communication (Betty), and parking were smooth. Will definitely stay here again and again.

Only one thing was to make sure you bring your smaller car. Some parking spots are very tight even for my impala. But, I'm sure if you talked to the office something else can be arranged. 🤷🏼‍♀

Gulf Strand is once again amazing ! Starts with Betty in the office. She makes making reservations & check in after-hours soooo very smooth, very accommodating to what we need, she's one amazing lady, the communication is constant and makes checking in and our entire stay run smoothly. During the last half of our two week stay, Hurricane "IAN" was in the radar which happened to be on Betty's days off but because TSR has amazing staff that work together, John stepped in and was a HUGE help with hurricane information. The TSR staff are amazing caring people.

We are return customers of many many years & will continue to return as we look forward to the Gulf Strand every year (2022 we made two trips). We stayed in unit 602 this trip & it's become our go-to unit, it's top notch!! The views from balcony is amazing, your view of the ocean is priceless and endless, the sunsets are one of the best as you stand on your balcony to be in awe. On the other end of your balcony is the coastal way and you can see the beautiful high rises and baseball dome in Tampa. Two full bathrooms, comfy king size bed, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever want. The balcony chairs and tables are the best !! The key-less door locks are one of the best upgrades, so you can go to the beach without worrying about a key so thank you for that!! And the new key-less lock for the gate leading out to the beach is perfect. The pool area has alot of chairs and the pool itself is always sparkling clean. The Gulf Strand grounds are kept in great condition and very clean (I can't remember his name) but the man that is there every morning cleaning up in the dark is appreciated for keeping things in order.

We can't say enough good things about the staff, the condo itself and the grounds of the Gulf Strand. Looking forward to our next trip which is already on the books.

This place was absolutely amazing! We had a gulf view room, so we had two balconies, one being faced toward the ocean. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony and our room was very clean and comfortable. There were two bathrooms, so it was perfect for the three people that were staying there. Also, the manage Betty was extremely welcoming and helpful! I would definitely recommend!!

After a long year of family funerals, we got together to take a breath of life. My family from London and New York, wanted to do something different. We looked up and down the beach, and found 2 places, side by side, as we were many. Prices were normal for the area, and fortunately available on our short 6 week notice. First off... the view is exceptional. Just stunning. Rooms are clean and functional. Beds were comfortable. There is access to the beach, and it is conveniently next to the Public Parkin if extra visitors come by Restaurants , Shopping, supermarkets, gas stations, all within walking distance. My family said they would definitely return, again and again.

Just what you need for an enjoyable vacation. Clean and comfy room. Beds a little hard but I could deal with it. Right on the beach. Pool, Jacuzzi, clean gas grills. Nice shaded area to enjoy outdoor BBQ. Great views of the Gulf. Beach just past pool area. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Very family friendly!!! We will be back and thanks for everything!!!

First time staying at Gulf Strands. Betty was awesome. So sweet and helpful. We extended our stay and our 1st condo was 602. Great views very clean. The only complaint was the mattress needs replaced and so do the pillows. Then we moved to 301. Beautiful condo. Great view very clean. Great mattress and pillows were ok. Only complaint on this condo was the tv in bedroom needs replaced. Very fuzzy picture and kept losing signal. Very old tv. I like watching a little tv before going to sleep. Loved having 2 bathrooms in both units. Close to publix walgreens dollar tree and resturants. Also close to Treasure Island Maderia Beach and Clearwater. Had a fantastic stay and will definately be back. Thank you Betty for all of your helpwith our stay.

Gorgeous views! Very clean units with all the amenities of home. Such a relaxing stay! The staff is super nice and always helpful. Looking forward to our next opportunity to stay here!

Room was very nice! Very nice place on such a beautiful beach! Every room has a private balcony and a beach view of some kind. Managment was very helpful! I will definitely be back. Parking is limited but it is right next to public beach access parking lot . Close to publix and many restaurants.

Room overlooking a beautiful world class beach with views extending for miles in both directions. Public access to parking and beach next door for local friends and family to meet up of needed. Plenty of food and dining within walking distance.

Spent the weekend celebrating my best friends birthday. Wonderful balcony overseeing the gulf. Close to everything. Clean and even has a hot tub.

This resort is directly on St Pete Beach. It is always well kept with an outdoor pool and spa. The management is available to help if any issues arise. It's also close to restaurants and within driving distance of lots of entertainment.

Great place for easy access to St. Pete Beach. Our unit was very nice. The staff and owner were helpful in ensuring a great experience.

Need better sand removal station, water barely comes out. Too low..difficult to wash sand off of beach chairs

Stayed here for our wedding on the beach. Great place, clean, quiet, and convenient to beaches, restaurants and easy access to downtown St.Pete.
