Bay Palms Waterfront Resort

The room was very nice and clean. It was decorated nicely and the staff went out of the way to make sure everything was good. I like to get away to the beach area once in a while even though I'm local. I would definitely go back.

We booked via third party within minutes of arriving and the office had our reservation ready as soon as we got there. Alexa was incredibly helpful, very professional and had the sweetest customer service. We loved having access to all three properties and amenities, and our view of the bay was perfect. The property is dated, but we loved that old Florida feel. It’s maintained very well, super clean and cold AC! We would absolutely recommend and would also stay again.

The hotel is incredible. Los empleados son incredible. Julie is spectacular, helpful, kind and willing to help. The happy hour is very good. Housekeeping very good. I love this hotel. The silver facilities, swimming pools, games, etc. are very good.

Best spot to bring your boat and see the beach. We loved the quiet clean accommodations. Such a magical and fun place. The crew at the front desk were awesome. We’ll definitely be returning.

This is only 1 of the company's 3 resorts, and is definetly the smallest of the 3 (from what I can tell) but it was just PERFECT for me! You can go to any of the 3 resorts and use the amenities so long as you stay on property, and you should absolutely use that to your advantage. I got my complimentary coffee and walked up to the beach for breakfast - definetly the right way to spend your morning! The room I had was a 1 bedroom, queen size, with kitchenette. Though it only had a shower (no tub...unfortunate), it did have a patio facing the water. This particular resort allows docking, which was super cool! It's peaceful, clean, and felt quite private compared to the average hotel or resort where people are almost crawling on top of you. If you are looking for some peace, quiet, and a dockside view, this is your place!

Cute hotel, well decorated rooms with original artwork. Situated right on an inlet and across the street from the beach itself. The owner was onsite while we were there and we met him -- he seemed personally engaged in the operation of the hotel. We are looking forward to staying again.

Not like a hotel it is a friendly community here. Most of the tenants are people that have been coming here for years and are so welcoming and friendly. The staff is just great so accommodating and helpful with everything. Its best to book your room direct from them VS priceline or any of the booking sights you will get a better deal and they will price match. Great location and amenities, our 5th year and will be back agian and agian.

Amazing service. Rooms were very clean,spacious, affordable and very very equipped to stay an entire week! From plates to cooking utensils. I cannot say enough about the staff. Helped with everything. Lol even though we didn’t ask 😂 it was awesome ! These guys are there to make sure your stay is amazing. By the way….. their boat slips and docks ❤🔥😍😍. We’re great!!! Lots of room for boats and a great dock to relax with the family. Pics will speaks them selves. Bars, food and everything else you can thing of walking distance. A Publix, pharmacy and so many other stores just steps away ! Sheldon is by far the best property manager !!!

Very cozy and quant. I took my kids to St Pete to visit their father and decided to stay the night. We booked on booking.com. the check in was at a different location but that was because it's 3 hotels in one. When we got to the hotel there was minimal parking but we were able to find a spot. The rooms had two sleeper sofas so my kids got their own bed. It was basic and comfortable and that's all we needed at the moment. I will definitely come back next time and enjoy the amenities. It was beautiful.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were great, lots of amenities and great location. Would highly recommend and will stay here again. Oh and I can’t forget the sunsets.😍

Awesome place near the beach with boat dock. The whole place has been remodeled and everything is clean and new. We ended up in a room with queen bed, sofa sleeper and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a full size fridge and stovetop. Great place to hang by the dock at night after a long day out on the boat. You're also a quick stroll from the beach. We didn't utilize the sister property Plaza beachfront hotel, but the check in is there for all three of their properties. The lobby is cleverly decorated in 50s theme. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and seemed happy to be working there. This will be my first choice of places to stay next time I visit St Pete Beach. Two thumbs up!!!

I loved my stay at Bay Palms! We stayed in a small room, with two small children. however, we felt very comfortable in the room. The reception staff is very helpful! Always wondering if we need anything more. the cleaning staff will always provide clean linens / towels when needed. the beach is super calm and pleasant. besides very clean and well organized. the hotel pools are great. the games area too, having a 'happy hour' with free beer and wine. i would definitely go back to this hotel! were the best 5 days we could ask for!

Great Resort! Wished I would've stood here for the 3 nights I was in Florida. Last minute find but worth it. Didn't have the best time the last 2 nights but this stay at least made it a little better. Clean room and the staff was friendly and helpful.. I will definitely stay here again.

Tanner, made it awesome! Actually beat booking.com price, as well as received an early check-in time. The room was clean, with a private entrance (tuck back in corner) + was able to walk to restaurants & beach (just across Gulf Blvd.). Would def stay here again, & Tanner is an asset & a keeper!

We checked in here for our 9th wedding anniversary and Christmas Eve and they took great care of us. The staff were super friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Yvonne made sure our room was clean and organized. Lots of fun things to do on site. Daily happy hour was a good time, and Sheldon Blake in the Flamingo suit was a great host!

We went right before the hurricane, so it was quiet and calm. Parking was a little squished, but I am happy this place was just as good, if not better, than a hotel. Staff was lovely.

What more could you ask for?
Beach front, 2 heated pools, outdoor bar, Big decks which you can fish from. Kitchenette. Both staff and guests were very pleasant. Location excellent. We had a lot of fun.

Room was great, could describe it as a whole apartment. comfortable and nice. the pool and deck was nice too on the marina side. we hung out by the main pool with the small bar and enjoyed some drinks. I can't comment on kid stuff or other amenities as we did not partake in those. the marina side is nice, but the bugs were bad. people were fishing from the dock. ice machine was outside our room and we had no view, but it was not really a problem for us.

Would stay here any time room was clean and big the amenities were great you had access to all 3 of their resorts bay front fishing excellent food was a very short walk away private parking access to the beach . Was excellent my new vacation / get away destination !!! 5 stars is not enough !!!
