My Dimension 1 Meridian Spa is so awesome and wonderful and such an upgrade from my old spa! From the start of my journey on buying a new spa, Dimension 1 Spas of SD made deciding on and buying my spa such a positive experience. From the very 1st time walking in to the store and meeting Willie Nelson to actually purchasing my spa and having it delivered and hauling away my old spa went so smoothly (delivery guys were great and so helpful).
Willie's passion and knowledge of his D1 Spas was refreshing for me to witness and his willingness to go out of his way to answer any and all questions was way beyond any other spa dealership we visited.
Setup of my Meridian Spa was actually much easier than I expected and once again Willie was always willing and available for any questions I might have had (even after hours)! Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My D1 Meridian Spa has 45 Jets and 2 very powerful pumps and has a Whirlpool feature that my family and I have grown to love. The Meridian was the Spa Willie recommend for our family and the same one that he has at home. The Whirlpool feature is so versatile in catching different body parts and muscle groups and it's so powerful you have to hang on when it's at full force. Also, it creates a swirling vortex around your body anywhere you are sitting. The bench seat with jets is also worth mentioning, it allows you to cool off your upper body while still getting a lower back massage.
I'm late in writing this review, we bought our spa in August. I definitely highly recommend purchasing from Dimension 1 Spas of SD.

As of today, we are officially a multigenerational Dimension One family! I grew up with a Dimension One spa that our family enjoyed for years and years, until our home was finally sold just a couple years ago...and now I have my own! So, I am a big fan.

In addition to the product itself, I found the customer experience to be top notch. Willie has been helpful, friendly, and professional since last summer when I first walked into the Vista store. I returned several times over the last 6 months with different family members to look at and test the spa. Willie was always patient and more than willing to answer any and all questions...even if they had been asked multiple times! He knew we were on a budget, and so he called me in December to let me know that there was a sale on and that they were getting rid of floor models for a nice price. This was just the call I needed to get me to finally pull the trigger.

The spa was delivered yesterday and the delivery crew was quick, efficient, careful, and highly skilled. They maneuvered the 37" wide spa through a 38" wide section of our yard, then managed to slide it into a small alcove and assemble the cover lift creatively in order to get everything to fit (see photo of delivery into tight space). It fits like a glove, looks beautiful, and works like a dream!

Willie came by tonight after work to make sure the spa was up and running and to give clear, step-by-step instructions for use and maintenance. He is both personable and professional...and a good teacher! So far, we're thrilled with our purchase and our experience. Great start to the New Year.

Chris came out and serviced our spa, and he went above and beyond! We recently acquired the spa when we bought our house, the seller had it put in a few years back, and we didn't know the first thing about spa ownership, let alone maintenance. Because of some scheduling snafu's, Chris came out on his day off to service the spa and made sure we understand everything about how to start using it and keep the chemicals in good order. Thank you!

Top quality spa and support when purchasing. We were able to get a great price on the a floor model. Delivery and installation was easy. They walked us through setting up over the phone and also sent out someone to do an overview of using and maintaining.

We appreciate all of the help and good customer service we received from Dimension One Spas of San Diego. From the start, obtaining financing and the patience involved in that process was so very helpful. The spa is clearly such a high quality product and will last a long time. We look forward to years of health and fun!

We received our spa a month before the expected delivery date. Professional team delivered, a Dimension One referred electrician “Mario Brothers Construction” came out ran the power and did the initial fill up and op-test. It all was a fluid process (no pun intended), finally to our surprise, Dimension One assigned Spa Girl Debbie to come out and run through the operating process and chemical management training. We are very impressed with the process, professionalism and attention we were given. Best crew ever. Thank you.

This is my first hot tub. So I researched & visited numerous showrooms to view various hot tubs before choosing my D1 hot tub. Lance was very attentive, non-pushy & listened well to what I "wanted" & needed. I'm so grateful that he did! Based upon what I told him, the tub that he recommended didn't match my description. I'm so glad I got what he recommended instead of what I thought I wanted! I absolutely love EVERYTHING about my tub! I've had it for almost 3 months now & use it almost everyday. (My husband who's never liked spas loves it & uses it almost ever day also!) Getting started with maintenance was pretty scary to me...like having a new baby! I called in one day for Lance's help. He wasn't available & I was happy to leave a message but Willie was delightfully "pushy" about helping me himself instead of me waiting for a call back. (I've called a LOT & always get that sort of response. I feel like they love hearing from me & helping, lol.) Another day I popped in & JT encouraged me to sit down & tell him how it was going, an hour later...I was thrilled with all that He taught me! Of course, he also sent Debbie "the spa girl" to my home for a courtesy visit. She was amazing, patient professional, & a delight to talk to. From our first visit to the showroom to every interaction since I've always felt that the D1 teams goal was about my best interest & well-being rather than putting sales notches on their belt.

It’s rare to come across a company that is as professional, honest and friendly as Dimension One Spa. The owner JT was amazing to work with. He consulted us every step of the way and sold us the perfect spa for our family and saved us a ton of money. The entire process was so easy and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. 5 stars!

Just got our Dimension One spa and couldn’t be happier. We did have to wait for it come in, but Willie had told us from date of purchase that they were backed up due to everyone being at home from the pandemic and their skyrocketing sales because of that. We called in a few times and JT called us a few times to keep us updated and here we are - THRILLED! We highly recommend Dimension One.

D1 Spas were great to work with from start to finish. Every step of the way was handled with our best interests in mind. JT, Lance and Debbie have been great to work with. I recommend them for anyone thinking of adding a spa.

So, I wet tested several makes and models, I ended up choosing the Dimension 1 Latitude. I did so because it had the adjustable head rests (which I found nowhere else), the best recliner, all at a really good price! What was even more impressive, and very rare these days, was the service I got after my purchase. JT hung in there with me as we tried to resolve what was initially believed to be some chemistry issues, later found out that the filter somehow became detached. This wasn’t easy to figure out initially, but JT was determined to resolve the issue, which he did. He, and his partner Willie genuinely wanted me to be completely satisfied, and I am. Just when I didn’t think I could be more impressed with their integrity, he calls me up to let me know that he had a check for me because he accidentally overcharged me. Very impressive!!! They are also very patient when fielding questions. BTW, the Latitude has an Ozonator, as do many of their models, which makes the maintenance and chemistry much easier.

I don't normally post reviews online but had such a good experience with JT and D1 Spas that I felt compelled to share.

My wife and I were on the fence about getting a hot tub in general and knew nothing about where to start. Over the course of a week, we visited 5 different dealers in the local area to shop around and learn about buying/owning a hot tub. JT at D1 Spas was BY FAR, the best experience we had. His professionalism, knowledge and patience was exceptional. JT worked with us through the basics of buying, the ins & outs of ownership and all the things to consider before making a purchase. After leaving the first time, I felt like I had just spent an hour with a friend who knew a lot about spas - not a salesman trying to talk me into one.

We chose D1 Spas because of the competitive pricing, the right model and mostly, the customer service and experience. Buying was easy, delivery was efficient and the first-time setup experience with Cody was quick and informative. It's been 3 months since I bought my spa and JT still remembers me when I call, making sure I continue to have the best service.

Hands down, great decision to go with D1. I honestly don't have a single complaint. Highly recommended!!!

I am an electrician and I frequently install spas of all different brands and types. In my opinion Dimension One spas are top quality. They have excellent designs, easy access to serviceable areas and easy set up. They also have foam encased bodies that provide unmatched insulation and an overall solid construction.

Willie has been exceptionally helpful with us from initially buying the spa to helping us get electrical portion set up almost until 8:00 pm at night. He's a very personable and helpful person.

We purchased our spa and it was a great experience at the store. JT and Willie have been very helpful, even after purchase Willie came to our home to explain everything in detail. We love our spa!

We recently purchased a D1 Diplomat.
Let me start by saying I am retired Marine Corps infantry and a former martial arts instructor. Ive had many injuries over the years to include numerous concussions and other head injuries. I have many daily neuro problems that come with that.....severe headaches, my hands stop working, and from the daily head and body pain, i dont sleep. I sleep maybe 2.5 hrs every other day. When i do sleep, i wake up in sweats and chest pain.
The first time we used our new D1 spa, i slept from 9:30pm until 7:30am-uninterrupted. I woke up refreshed, pain free, and i got tears in my eyes because finally i felt somewhat like my old self. We use the spa daily, and i, myself use it twice a day. What really helps my head, are the jet therapy pillows. Wow
In 2014 we moved back to north county san diego. Thats when i started my spa adventure....but we weren’t ready to buy until now. I had been in D1’s showroom multiple times, and JT and or others, such as Willy, were always so polite, and never tried to sell me a spa...they just made me feel at home and got to me asap, even when they had customers.

At the beginning of the Covid i realized that water exercise would not be possible for my disability. Dimension Spa opened their doors with all the safety measures in place, to help me get a therapy pool to alleviate my physical pain. Places were closed but JT and Willy made it happen. It was a challenge but they were with me all the way. I love my 14 ft. Spa and I cant wait for COVID to be over to give them both a hug for helping tolerate the closed pools to get the only exercise I get. NAMASTE.
I must also compliment Roman (Robert) who poured the cement and did the electrical. He also placed the spa on its foundation ... which made his expertise priceless.
