This was my 1st time using this business for my venison processing. Many of my friends recommended this business. It was decent drive for me but thier prices were far cheaper than anything closer to my area. The prices are extremely reasonable. I cut my processing costs almost in half by switching to this business. The staff was friendly and they also have nice cuts of beef/pork available for purchase. They processed my venison in a reasonable time as well. The packaging was also very nice. I will be using this business going forward.

I've had my venison hot and sweet sticks and jalapeno cheese sausage done here for 6 7. Yrs now absolutely impressed with all of them very nice to deal with and the product is fantastic thank you all

a friend gave me one of the "hot stix" and it was soo good I literally took a hour drive each way just to get my hands on more. S teir beef sticks, highly recommend the cheesy sweet and hot flavor.

I went to Pernats after a terrible experience at The Meat Market in Milton. Unlike Russ and his crew in Milton the staff at Pernats was courteous, respectful and very helpful. They do a great job with deer processing in all phases. I will definitely be back!

I haven't been to the store, but, picked up thier honey BBQ stix in Madison on my way to St Paul. Honestly, the best I've tasted! Thick, good flavor and nice snap. Bought the rest they had at truckers inn for the road.

Terrific selection of quality fresh and frozen meats. Don't believe I have ever seen that extensive selection of bratwurst and sausage sticks anywhere else. Quality is the best. Don't pass up the opportunity to shop here!

I purchased steaks at this local meat shop for the first time last friday for my wife and I. I had the New York Strip and I purchased the Tenderloin for my wife. These were the best steaks we have ever had. Unbelievably tender and juicy with excellent flavor at reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic place. The best beef sticks around. They also have daily lunch specials that are delicious. Not a hunter, but they will process venison for you as well. Worth it to go out of your way to go to pernat's!

High quality butcher shop. They make dozens of styles of bratwurst, covering all kinds of flavours, levels of sweetness, spice, heat, etc. Homemade jerky is excellent, particularly the teriyaki and bloody Mary flavoured (which really DOES taste like a bloody Mary). Any of their three locations (here, Ixonia or Juneau) is a worthwhile stop.

Best butcher I have found near Watertown to take my venison. My wife notices the quality every time she opens a new package of venison from the freezer. It is clean, hair free and does not smell gamey. I used to go to a well known butcher in Watertown. Pernats IS the only option as far as I am concerned. They have a great selection of different products and their prices are reasonable.

Simply The Best Meat Shop Around! Pernats has been processing our deer meat for the past 6 years and we would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend the Jalapeno Cheese deer sausage.

They do a great job of processing deer and have a great selection of meats and things.

Just grabbed a little package of smoked sausage from the Quik Trip at the Kiel/Cleveland exit

I live in West Virginia. When I come to Wisconsin for a visit, Pernats is always a must for me to stock up and take back home!
