AT&T Store

Our phones were so overdue . . . Note9. Austin was fantastic helping me and my spouse pick out/trade for newer phones. His patience with us understanding the newer technology was phenomenal. All questions answered.

My wife and I visited the Johnson Creek AT&T store to purchase a new phone case and to research AT&T's wireless services. The store was very clean, neat and well organized. We spoke with Austin, the store manager. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He showed us options available for my iPhone 14Pro and I quickly purchased a case that met all of my needs. He also provided information about AT&T wireless plans available. My wife and I are retired so with that in mind, he helped us find a plan that would best match our lifestyle which was a real improvement over our currently wireless provider. We plan to change from our current wireless carrier to AT&T this spring when our plan commitment has ended. My wife and I highly recommend the Johnson Creek AT&T store and particularly Austin, the store manager.

My husband and I we're very happy with our experience with the Johnson Creek store. Marcus, who waited on us, was very friendly and professional and made us feel right at home. We are both older and needed alot of help. Lol

I went to AT&T to change our plan from 2 to 3 lines and get unlimited service. Alex was the rep. who helped us. Outstanding service with the friendliest and most helpful attitude!

Cory helped me this afternoon. His customer service was excellent. He was very patient in helping me set up my new phone and assisting me in applying the screen protector and phone case I just purchased. I am very satisfied.

Michael was extremely helpful, and what I needed to restore my faith in AT&T. He listened to my problem and actively found a solution that went above beyond. Usually I am on hold for hours and transferred to many departments and nothing ever comes of it. My experience with the Johnsons creek AT&T has been the best experience I've ever had with any phone company.

It was a typically busy Monday morning with a series of annoyed people who wanted their devices or accounts straightened out fast, easy and free.
Jesse, the main man (aka the ONLY man) was calm, friendly, gave salient advise and direction. He didn’t get frustrated with dumb questions (I can personally testify to that🤪) He took his time but also was efficient with his direction, moving us along while also making confident eye contact with those shuffling while waiting.

Good place to go. Nice man to get help from.

Derich is wonderful to work with. Extremely patient and knowledgeable. Got me a GREAT deal on Internet and my new phone. Would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for great service!

While I was in this store I was helped promptly. I had the option to either utilize a discount offered to walgreens employees or to military personnel and the associate was able to show me which would give me greater savings.
All of my questions were answered and I feel that I left with a plan that works best for my situation at a price that I'm happy with!

This is the BEST AT&T store in Wisconsin I ever been in. I had an issue and the people working here had no problem helping me out while other AT&T stores wouldn’t. AT&T should be very happy of the employees they have working at this location. Johnson Creek AT&T is awesome. I encourage anybody to come to this store for anything. Like an issue, buying phones and etc.

Wow, I am truly impressed with the service, and products of this location. Derich was quick to greet me at the door, and was very welcoming, but not pushy. This made my experience so much better. I will definitely be recommending to my friends.
