Diego helped us through the whole process and he def went the extra mile to make it easy and smooth for us. We just wished some of the paperwork could do on-line at home prior to coming in to save a bit of time. We will keep coming here. Thanks Diego!

Had to come in for a recall, so it had been a while since I had been here. Had a shuttle to and from home and the staff were nice as they usually are.

got us through the paperwork both swiftly and professionally. A very good experience!

Recently purchased a 2020 Explorer from a different dealer, and ended up having to utilize Hansel Ford for some warranty work. Hansel Fords service department is one of the best; they kept me up to date from drop off to pick up, and when my problem reoccurred, they were quick to get me back in and were able to fix my issue perfectly. Because my Explorer was under Fords warranty, a rental car was provided at no cost to me, and Hansel Ford helped me handle that completely.

No better choice if you have a Ford / Lincoln product in Santa Rosa.

These are good people here I take my Ford F-150 here to get service. Why because the service staff always takes good care of me they have my truck done when I need it. They are also friendly and seem to always have a smile on their face. It's the kind of place you can go to and know you can trust the people that are taking care of you. Plus they like my jellies 😂🤣.

Wonderful service. They roll the "red carpet" and really do go that extra mile. Let's just say 10 miles. Lounges are neat, comfortable, coffee, tea, variety of snacks. They even accommodate kindness and water for those with a pet! Service Woody Mgr. & Team has quick and efficient repairs and help, even in Parts Dept, kind & knowledgeable too. I only go to Hansel Ford =)

Took my car in for fixing. Had to leave it 4 days but it was repaired and seems to be fine. The service people are very efficient and helpful. The cost was exactly as quoted. The only drawback is that the clock and date will have to be reset.

I was helped by Regan. He was so nice and warm. He offered me information on the maintenance for my car & recommendation for what needed to be done without me having to spend a lot of money.
The waiting area was spacious and offered free beverages and popcorn, plus several large screen TV's for watching shows while you wait. When they were done with my car, it had been washed and was nice and clean on the inside and outside. I was definitely impressed with the service and staff. Big thumbs up

I bought my car used at Hansel group. I have had it serviced here ever since. I have no complaints they have went above and beyond for me on several occasions. I would highly recommend this group to anyone even though it might not be 4 everybody it certainly has met all my expectations.

Always feel like they care about your vehicle when you pick it up after service. Very important for those 9f us with fleet vehicle's that need to work.

Great place they actually care about their employees and customers. And always go above and beyond trying to do their best. I have red mixed reviews but from everybody I know and I know a lot of people. And everything I have seen in person and heard about I don't know what there is to complain about.
