I can't recommend Mitchell Roofing Company highly enough! From the moment I called them with my roofing issue, they were incredibly attentive and focused on finding a solution rather than pushing for a new product. Omar, in particular, was a standout. His dedication and hard work were evident from the start. Not only did he address the problem efficiently, but he also took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions with patience and expertise. His friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Mitchell Roofing Company and Omar truly went above and beyond!

I had Mitchell replace my roof in January 2024. From start to finish, the process was smooth. Their sales person, Buddy, was friendly and knowledgable. Their pricing was very fair. They use a great product with many color choices,, so my roof looks so nice. When the crew came to do the two day job, they were very professional, and worked hard to complete a fairly large roof in 2 days. They then cleaned up and left my property in good shape. Getting a new roof is a pretty big expense and Mitchell made it a totally stress free process. They were just fabulous to work with, and I highly recommend the company.

We had Mitchell Roofing Company do the roof on our 100 yr old, 2 story home in St. Pete. They were quick to respond, worked long hours to get the job done and did a great job! We were beyond happy with the entire experience and highly recommend them!

I hired Mitchell Roofing to replace my roof and was very happy with the work, responsiveness, and price. Their representative Omar came to my house was very professional, and helpful in determining my roofing needs.

I really can't say enough about Mitchell Roofing and Scott in particular. I had a critical project deadline for insurance reasons and Scott made it happen. He's an excellent project manager. I own an older home, it needed lots of work, and Mitchell took great care of me. I wish I knew the crew foreman's name, their craftsmanship is excellent. You wouldn't think a new roof would add that much to curb appeal but on Scott's suggestion, I have the best looking roof on block. Roofs aren't inexpensive but Mitchell is fair, fast, and fantastic!

From start to finish Josh L. was a pleasure to work with. I choose this company based on reviews and I'm glad i did. Josh kept me informed at every step and vocalized expectations during the progress of the roof replacement. One thing i look for when hiring a company is ownership. A sub contractor broke tiles and Josh took ownership with no excuses and made it his problem not the customers. Every process was smooth and demo team made it a point to pickup all nails and debris after every shift. All my concerns were addressed and response was quick and professional. Thank you Josh and Mitchell roofing for great workmanship, your crews are hard working and amazing. I'm writing this as hurricane Idalia is passing by with no issues.

I had a very positive experience with Mitchell Roofing starting with Scott who provided me with my estimate. I had two other companies give me estimates but Scott's was more detailed and informative. I was also having Mitchell Roofing install the hurricane clips on my trusses so that I could save on my homeowners insurance.
The crew that installed my roof were polite and very good at their jobs. They prepped the job and cleaned up after and I was pleased with their work.
I would recommend Mitchell Roofing to anyone who is thinking of installing a new roof. I also had new gutters installed thru Mitchell and the job was handled professionally and timely.

Had a small roof leak and Mitchell Roofing responded quickly to my inquiry for an estimate. I really appreciated that they took photos of the area to show me where the leak was more than likely coming from. They were able to complete the repair in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. They also took photos as they completed the repair so I could see the extent of the damage and what they did to complete the repair. Super happy with the professionalism and quality of work. Would definitely recommend Mitchell Roofing to anyone needing a roof repair.

My representative Scott was very professional from day one. Knowledgeable about the different types of roofs, materials and costs to replace my 20 year old roof. Anytime I had questions or concerns Scott answered me immediately with detailed information. My experience has been excellent with Mitchell roofing. Judy on the phone was kind and got me a quick appointment for an estimate. Omar came out the next day and gave me an estimate even though I'm stuck in probate limbo.
Since I've got a leak and can't get the new roof for a few months, he was able to suggest a quick, temporary solution and really saved the day! I don't have a Mitchell roof yet, but I thought the estimate was very reasonable and not pushy- and service has been above and beyond so far.

I hired Mitchell roofing to replace my roof. From my first meeting with Josh, my Sales Rep. I felt comfortable that my roof was in good hands. He was honest and provided what I wanted at a fair price.

The crew that installed the roof were amazing. They tore off the old roof, installed the Hurricane straps and installed the new roof in one day. They did a great job cleaning the area afterwards.

Halie, in the office was also pleasant and insured I had everything I needed to send to the My Safe Florida Homes program to receive my grant.

10 stars! We just had our job completed yesterday. Every part of the process was painless... We have solar panels also, our Mitchell person was Aiden Walls. He was such a joy to work with! He went above and beyond any expectations that we had! He took the reigns and worked everything out with the solar peeps! The job was done in 1 day! I cant say enough! Highly recommend!
