I called today to have my policy looked into and switched over to their location from another location due to lack of help from the previous agent and the agent kindly let me know that she was new. However this did not stop her if she did not have an answer, she found one or let me know she would call back when she did. We were with our prior carrier for almost 50 years. Our rates were going up every month. We would call and they would say everything is going up in repair costs. We never had an at fault claim for that entire period but our rates continued to rise. My daughter had Eric for her insurance so I gave them a call.
