Honda Marysville Service Center

Good service department. Some growing pains with the construction but they still have a waiting area with coffee and refreshments. They offer a local ride if you don't want to wait. Service has always resolved the issue. Reasonable rates and frequent deals.

Greeted and checked in with a smile. Let me know exactly what services were being completed. A video and detailed service report was texted to me along with an end conversation explaining everything they did. Options for payments were offered in case you weren't able to pay all at once. Overall, it was a great experience.

It has always been a wonderful experience bring your car for service and lowest cost in town. If you are in town and need service you know where to stop. The staffs are friendly and recommend you what is best for your vehicle and give you options as to when you can fix it😊

Love this Place! I bought my Brand New Honda Civic Hatchback EX there last year on Halloween. I just got my First Oil change done there today. I've got 1240 miles on the Car. They sent me a Video of what they did under the Car. It was really cool. They had a deal to do a Synthetic Oil change and rotate the Tires for $50. That's what they did. They topped off all the fluids and checked a bunch of things. They washed it too! The Car has a clean bill of health. I'm really happy I went there. I'll definitely be going there for any service needs I have. Great people working there as well. Kelly Kramer was my Service manager and she was very helpful and nice as can be.

We have purchased several vans from these amazing folks. We had our current one serviced. The customer service is probably the best in the business. We live an hour away and pass many honda dealerships on the way but will continue to make the trip as these folks and the culture of this company is top notch by far.

Excellent service center. I love the way they give you an inspection video, and text notifications. The waiting area is awesome, and sales people friendly without pressuring.

Great service very fast and friendly and didn't push things that needed done

I love this place. They are super courteous. Never pressure you into getting anything fixed that you don't want to, and are always super quick getting me in and getting me out even without an appointment. I won't go anywhere else! Even though getting an oil change or getting your car worked on is never on the top of the fun list. It's always a pleasurable experience.
Update: Marysville Honda is STILL a great place to get your car serviced. They just recently remodeled and the new place is HUGE!! It's so nice and spacious. The free coffee and pop machines are a great touch. The popcorn machine ALMOST got to me to cave in, but I resisted since it was only 10 am. Overall they really upped their customer experience. Great job Honda!

I really liked the service from Honda Marysville. They identified an issue with my previous oil change from a different service provider and fixed it for free. Marc was very helpful and guided me through the services performed. I found this very informative. I liked the service video as well. Definitely will be back.

TL;DR: The best service center experience ever (Honest/Friendly/Helpful workers), but management, why do you call your astounding, talented staff "Servant Leaders"?

Every person I interacted with, from the guy who filled out my paperwork when I dropped off my car, to the worker who complimented my shoes while I was waiting, to the person who gave me my keys when I picked my car up and was willing to teach me about car brakes and check my brakes real quick were above and beyond amazing.

Previous service centers had remarked that my brakes probably needed replacing in a few thousand miles. When I saw that there was no comment made about my brakes and that I was worried they needed replacing, Cole quickly and simply and helpfully explained drum brakes and normal brakes and wear and brake rotors and grabbed a gage and looked at my brakes after walking me to my car. Spoiler: my brakes are doing great and have tens of thousands of miles left in them. Cole, you're awesome, thanks for alleviating my worries.

The only weird thing about this location is that the workers are called "Servant Leaders." It feels icky to label your workers "Servant" anything, even if it is a leadership architype/philosophy. The workers are amazing, they deserve better, like "Service Leader" or something. Anything or nothing would be better than "Servant Leaders." Not sure how I feel about supporting a business that labels their awesome people as "servant" anything.

Prices can certainly be a bit high, but I feel they do thorough and quality work. Our cars are staying in good shape. Added plus when you get a free car wash too. Also, you can schedule appointments online.

Brian is hands down the most personable rep around. They take video updates if your vehicle too which is an added perk. Highly recommend!!

I've worked with Ethan and Chris in the service department and they are both fantastic! I love the text feature and how they can send a diagnostic video right to my phone. I've never felt taken advantage of here. Everyone is professional, kind, and trustworthy. I live an hour away and they are worth the drive!!!

Our car was scheduled for service today, so we dropped it off late yesterday (5:00pm). Before the night was over we received a call the car was done. I wasn't expecting it until later today. This was excellent service and I was happy to have it done sooner. It helped us out with our running around. Thanks Chris Cormany our Service Manager at Honda Marysville.

This place is great. I cannot say enough great things about their service center and the customer service. From top to bottom most of my dealings where was the manager. Our car was wrecked and I was going to take two weeks he was able to get us a rental car are the exact same make and model and same year because we were on our way to the Grand Canyon when the car got hit. Once we got back we picked up our car I started to have issues with it with a power window going up and down the manager was nice enough to stay until 8 at night and fix it for free great place great people great customer service.

I bought a car in winter and found out the AC didn't work. Not only did they help me, they kept in constant contact, dealt with warranties and other paperwork for me, and one point provided a free rental so I wouldn't be in discomfort. The service I received was absolutely outstanding. I live in Columbus and am more than willing to drive 30 minutes for quality care! Big fan of Honda and even bigger fan of Marysville.

The staff is very punctual and professional. I always take my Accord to Honda Marysville Service Station for all my services. I can watch HGTV while having coffe or soda and chips. You can always shop on your phone or keep up with whatever it is you like or need to do on your phone or laptop while waiting. Works great for me everytime! Then I drive off knowing my car is in good condition when leaving.

I was CERTAIN they were going to tell me I needed a whole new transmission. I was incredibly pleasantly surprised when they called and said that they found a leak caused by a bad seal. Replaced the seal and on the way. Not even $200 when I was expecting thousands. Honesty and integrity are GREATLY appreciated!
