East Akron Cemetery

My grandparents, aunt, father, and now brothers are buried at East Akron Cemetery. I have worked with Wendy, the office person, who has always been helpful, kind and courteous. I've also dealt with Tim, the groundskeeper, who you can tell is dedicated to keeping the cemetery looking nice. Tim told me he cut grass in the cemetery as a teenager. In the last 5 years I have never gone into the cemetery and it was not looking good. My family lived in East Akron all of our lives, so when it came time for the final resting place, there was no other choice. It is a quiet, peaceful, beautiful cemetery, and I would definitely recommend it.

While looking for old markers of family A worker stopped to help us. Went to the office to get the coordinates and back to look with us. Found the marker overturned so he went and got a shovel and stones and put it back in place!!! Very kind and touching moment. They are trying hard to brink it back from forgotten!!!

Several pokemon go stops with facts and historical landmarks and while exploring was harrased and forced off the property by the whoever thr gentlemen were that was obviously more worried about some kids educating themselves than doing there job. You people suck
