City Dry Cleaners

This crew is by far the best! I may be biased because they are in my hood but it could also be because when my boyfriend forgets to have his suit dry cleaned and needs it done in 2 days these guys can do it! I take everything there from the mans suits to our kitchen table cushion's . The prices are fare to boot. Love them

Best cleaners I've ever been to!! Customer service was fantastic! Love how they dont use any harsh chemical all organic based! All my clothes are pressed perfectly!

Recommended by Nordstom's. The only place I'll take my St. John suits and fur to. Small but excellent quality. Only problem is lack of parking space but the quality of the cleaners is excellent.

I talk to people who have been going to city cleaners for as much as 35 years and they say they always go there because they are the BEST, they also have the best delivery and pickup service because that me!

Beanbag chair that said it was able to be dry cleaned was dry cleaned here. It came back matted with damp spots a little over a week later.

They said they’d make it right so they did it again. It wasn’t really better- the tufts were still frayed. They then said they’d launder it, and to pick it up in a couple of days.

I came back in a couple of days, and they wanted me to speak to a different manage to see what I wanted done(?) they said they laundry it and contact me… but I had to show up in person to have the process drag out longer.

They gave me a refund of the original cost of the dry cleaning. They pinned it on the manufacturer and they didn’t take responsibility, because of course they didn’t want to pay for a replacement. But I still had to buy a new bean bag from restoration hardware to replace it ($300).

I won’t be going back.

Terrible terrible service. Waited weeks and wasn't quoted a price, and when we picked it up it was $138 for a prom dress purchased for only $35 that was lightly soiled on the hem. I called them and they said that it was charged as a wedding dress. I explained that it was not and was told that they would charge for a formal dress for $45. They still charged me $80!
Scam artists and liars do not go to them you will regret it!
I spoke to another dry cleaners who quoted 1/3 of this price. Shop smart and take your things elsewhere. .
