Fresh Market 17th South

I love that this place turned into a Macey’s. I’m excited for the Kong cones. The place is super clean and organized. All employees u encountered were very happy to help and friendly. Prices are reasonable and the location most definitely is a plus as it’s down the street. I will be back.

I think I'm going to be making this my usual grocery store from now on. The remodel is really nice, I like their selection better for most items, and it's a lot more relaxed and friendly than some other stores.

It's laid out kinda weird but the produce section is way way more amazing and large than it used to be and theres more selection. There's a old blonde manger that whenever she sees me follows me around like I'm goib to steal and that's my biggest pet peeve. I don't wanna have to get dolled up to run a quick errand just so people don't judge me and assume I'm stealing.
Makes me leave every time

Even with renovations the staff has always been super helpful. Store is really coming together and looking great now! A quality grocery store in an excellent location for walking. Definitely love this place a lot now.

This store is a neighborhood asset. I have shopped here since the early days as a Safeway store. I have seen all the changes over the years and grew to know the various managers and staff members. What a great staff I grew to know as a Fresh Market
Shopper they responded to your needs and questions, they went the extra mile in supplying any help you needed. I liked the ease in shopping, the pleasant surroundings and the friendliness of the employees. The variety and quality of the products available

Colton is a 5 star pharmacist!! We came for our vaccination shots right before the pharmacy closed. Not only did Colton give us our vaccines, he tracked down our healthcare ID numbers that we needed but couldn’t find yet (since my effective date was right before we came). He went above and beyond. We will always return!

Nice store with some specialty stuff, just remodeled and lovely. Produce better, too. Now Macey's.

These people are the nicest of the nice! They're helpful, they care, they take care of you! Doesn't matter what you're dropping in for, they'll take care of you and your concern and then kiss you on each cheek (oh wait that's grandma...) before sending you on your way, satisfied, and with confections in your trunk 😉

It is now Macey's Market Sugarhouse. The pharmacy is great there.

I’ve been super happy with all of my experiences shopping at this location. Staff is friendly, and the customers certainly reflect that. It has the feel of a small town grocer, rather than a chain. I have a store closer to me, but I’d rather drive a bit to have a better shopping experience.

I have been shopping at this store for YEARS, and I will continue to because they are the best. They may not be as big as other supermarkets but they make up for it by having the best people and the best service of anywhere I’ve ever shopped. Their meat dept is amazing and the manager is fantastic. They have fresh seafood, the best meats and a huge selection of ready to cook dinner options. The produce section is well stocked and maintained. The pharmacy is the best I’ve ever been to. They know so much and are always on top of the latest info for health concerns, drug interactions, everything. I could go on and on about how wonderful this store is but all you need to really know is there are a ton of reasons I’ve been shopping here for at least a couple of decades.

I stopped here for milk on my way home last night, but when I got home noticed that the best-by date was almost 3 weeks ago. Though it was ultra-pasteurized, I was uncomfortable using it and also thought the store should know such a past-dated item was on the shelf. I called and the first person I spoke to was so nice and immediately transferred me to the manager, who offered to bring me a new carton. She arrived at my house about 20 minutes later with two different organic milk cartons and a $10 gift card. This was more than I ever expected, I'm so impressed with the manager and the store's customer service.

Great variety of products at really low prices. Some of the lowest prices for coffee and meat! The staff is AMAZING. They have nicest cashiers I've ever seen, and the other associates will go out of their way to help you. I drive an extra ten miles to come to this store!
